   Servers weren't very friendly or welcoming. Food and cocktails were fabulous!

   We arrived and were seated right away and had to find a server to help us. We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order. It was not very busy, so we were unsure of why we waited so long to be served. Our server was apologetic and tried to make up for the long wait.

   Very accommodating host, friendly and helpful staff. Good food menu & alcoholic drinks. Wonderful view of the water.

   I made a reservation for 6 using OpenTable and when we got there the hostess told us that they did not have a reservation on record for us. I told her that I had the email confirmation of the reservation but she said that didn't matter and there was nothing she could do. She said that we would have to wait 20-30 minutes and that breakfast would not be available anymore. It was very disappointing that there was no attempt to accommodate my family and the friends that were visiting from out of town.

   My husband and I had a great lunch on a busy Saturday today. Thanks to our Open Table reservation we were seated pretty fast. (We got there before 1 pm and the weather wasn’t great today). I had the delicious Hawaii Five ‘O sandwich with pulled pork and he had his favorite burger. Our server was working hard and took great care of us. Love this place so much.

   The Cajun tots were so over seasoned that they were uneatable. The pretzel/fondue app was amazing

   Today I celebrated my 66th birthday at the Kalama McMenamins Lodge with 22 guests. My guest and I were thoroughly pleased. We had a great lunch . The restaurant was very nice the waitress was very friendly and accommodating and the food was great. I will definitely come back to your establishment in the future.

   We requested a window table a week plus in advance. And did not get one. People without reservations did…

    New Years Eve dinner. Busy but not crowded; visible empty tables. Limited menu with average food. Salmon was dry and food seemed cool, not hot. Quality not the same as previous visits or equal to prices.
