Our semi-private dining area is available to accommodate groups up to 50 guests who are interested in an intimate dinner with a spectacular view and menu to match. We serve a three course set menu with the option of a fourth course. We can make the menu custom to the customers requests. We also offer a cocktail reception with open bar and buffet style appetizer dishes. Outside cocktail receptions are available when the patio is open.

Dining at McLoone's Pier House was a great experience. The entire staff made us feel special, especially the manager, Jarrad. Would definitely recommend dining there and would return when in the DC area.

I had dinner for galentines day (gals Valentine’s Day) and was very disappointed. Our meals was wrong when our order came out. My friend order her steak well done it came out medium well. I upgraded my meal for the filet but the brought me out sirloin. So will me Friend ate her steak I sat and watched and our server simply said it was the kitchens fault but didn’t offer anything for me to snack on while I watch my friend eat for 10 -15 Min. Or drinks orders were also served at different times even though we ordered them both together. Again my friend received her drink first while mine came about 10 min later. Drinks were nice and strong but the steaks were not tasty. The mash potatoes were great. Also the asparagus was supppsed to be wrapped in pursutto but was not. Very disappointed in our meals stick to the happy hour and the regular menu I will not recommend going during a special day or when it’s prefix menu.

I went here about 2 yrs ago for an engagement proposal and ate outside, I didn't remember the food being as good as it was this time around. I got the seafood platter and everything was cooked deliciously for my date and I! We were able to have a quiet conversation and our waitress gave a good recommendation on drinks and kept checking in on us. Very great staff as I remember, and the ambiance inside was just as nice as outside. I'm glad we chose this place and I plan to recommend it to others.

very disapointed! expected so much more. Service was disorganized & very slow. Brunch was nothing like Mccloones in Seabright NJ. They didnt have the cold fish bar.The price was $30.00 for stale bagels, omellette station that no one knew what was happening 25 min to make one. They had oatmeal & fruit , salmon & bacon , muffins & sausage stuffing.

The ambiance was great. Our server was very nice and polite, but he was very slow and not very attentive to our needs. We notices the other staff/servers were very energetic and attentive to the tables they were assigned to.

My food was excellent, but my boyfriend ordered the ribeye steak. It was not a ribeye steak. It was more fat than meat, he had to send it back. And the roasted potatoes were huge potato logs.

We were celebrating my Boyfriend's birthday. They didn't acknowledge it and because the service was so slow, he didn't want me to bring it to our servers attention, he was ready to leave.
I may return, but not time soon.

Our negative experience started with the poor location of the table they tried to seat us at (next to a 20 top large party) when they had 3 open 4 tops (there were 4 of us) next to the windows where we wanted to sit; then went to a bottle of wine plopped on the table, without even a pour to the person that ordered it, incorrect bar order, bartender that came to our table to confront us about that ordered drink; 10 minutes after we ordered we were then told one of our entrees was no longer available. then after 2 managers came over at separate times they offered us coupons for our next trip. after we told them we live 3 hrs away, like we would ever go back after all this horrible service. the least they could have done was comped something on our bill for that night. All that being said, the steaks were pretty good, but the entire experience left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

My husband and I went here during the 2018 restaurant week. We had a 6:15P reservation and arrived around 5:50P, figuring we will just grab a drink at the bar. They had some tables open, so we were seated early. The atmosphere was very nice and if you're there during day or around sunset, the view onto the water I imagine is beautiful. We ended up sitting in the bar area, which was fine. The tables were large enough to accommodate our dishes.
For drinks, we ordered the shipwrecked and Moscow mule. The mule was delicious. I could had about 5, they went down that easy. My husband like the shipwrecked.
With the restaurant deal, we each got an appetizer, entree and dessert. Some of the restaurant week dishes are not on the regular menu. My husband went for the she crab soup, salmon Chesapeake and tiramisu, while I ordered the crawfish bread, shirmp & tasso pasta and creme brulee.
The appetizers were phenomenal. The crab soup was cream based and had ample crabmeat. The crawfish bread was amazing. It is a great first introduction into crawfish, if you've never tried it. I didn't see this on the menu as an normal offering, but I would ask if they can make it. The salmon was good, cooked perfectly and enough for 2 servings. The shrimp & tasso pasta was good as well an gave me a enough for lunch the next day. The only thing I didn't like about the pasta was the slices of ham on top, but I just removed them. The desserts were the perfect touch to the wonderful meal.

Our waiter was attentive and provided excellent service. My only complaint was that the waiters congregated at the bar a few times and talked about a few tables which were driving them nuts. I understand that being a waiter is difficult and some tables are difficult, but comments about specific tables should not be made on the floor near other patrons.

Worst Service and food. Took forever for a server to come to our table, (was not very busy) Once Server came over to take our order we had to repeat our order 3x... .My husband ordered soup for a starter, after waiting 20 minutes, I had to ask the server twice for his soup.. Soup came out was cold and tasted worse than a can of soup. I ordered an entree and it took server 15 minutes to tell me, "they were out of my entree" so what did i want to order instead. We had to ask several times for several things. we were eating some bread (we had to ask for) and in the middle of eating it, when we were not looking, someone took our bread away from the table... Our meals took 45 minutes and they were terrible. My husbands desert came out in a plastic cup, look like it was right out of the freezer.. (it was suppose to be tiramisu....) it totally stunk, and way overpriced for that meal and awful service...

Surprisingly the restaurant was not busy at all when we arrived for our reservation at 4:45pm. We got seated right away looked over the menu and ordered our two chopped salads and she crab soup. It took one hour for us to get salad and soup. We had to ask our server for bread 20-30 minutes into waiting he claim he was getting to it. But again the restaurant was not busy at all a lot of empty tables at 5:45pm. Took another 30 minutes for dinner to come out. Mine you The meter is counting down my two hours I paid to park so we felt rushed to eat our dinner and dessert. Also the server was getting way to comfortable with his comments like you can't make everybody happy when we had an issue. At this point I was annoyed with the server we aren't friends he is there to provide a service in a timely manner.

The view was pretty and the food was good, but the service was definitely lacking. I was with a party of 6. One person's drink wasn't brought out, an appetizer was missed on ordering, we were never asked if we wanted refills of our beverages and the bill was brought without offering coffee or dessert options. What a disappointing experience.

I brought two friends for lunch and they enjoyed the meal. It was restaurant week so it was a good time to get together. This was my second time that week to eat at McLoone's. I would recommend highly to others.

I celebrate my birthday all month long. Since it was restaurant week, my son treated me to a wonderful (and inexpensive) lunch. We had a nice time chatting and such. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for the ambiance, (we sat near the gas fireplace) and the scenic view of the water.

Great Ambiance! Excellent Food! Great server! My first time visiting this restaurant and I have no complaints. Everything was great! I love when you can dine at a restaurant for the first time and you leave knowing you had a great experience. I recommend this place!
