Went with the family. Drinks were great. Waitress Erica was lovely. Appetizers came out quickly and were tasty. Then the wheels came off. Special pasta entree came out prepared totally differently than described. Manager agreed and sent a different dish, though no explanation of how a dish could be totally different than described. Side dishes never came out. Couple next to us was allowed indoors with a barking dog in a stroller? Manager eventually asked them to leave and paid for a drink for us, but enough had gone wrong that, despite the effort, I’d go somewhere else. Just not worth the headache.
Our reservation was right on time. Food was absolutely wonderful and our view was amazing.
Good food and drinks. Great server. Would return
Food was terrible overpriced and disquasting. I took my husband there for father’s day and was very disappointed. Food was dry over cooked and not tasty. I usually not bother to leave bad reviews but this time I have to . Terrible food never again
The service, food and ambiance are awesome! You will not be disappointed.
The brunch buffet was delightful. The servers were good as well. Definitely a good experience
Unfortunately my meal was lukewarm and over salted. I had the roasted shrimp.
In comparison to last year I feel the quality of the food (my fries were cold) the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant has declined.
Food is okay sushi was not rolled properly or cut evenly. I would not order again. Service was slow even though it was not a busy day. Staff was nice and attentive.
We waited a very long time for the waitress to come by our table after we were seated. After we finally placed our order, the manager came by to tell us that one of the main ingredients in the appetizer we ordered was sold out. The meal itself, the swordfish, was a very small portion and just not worth it for the price they charged. We were not impressed with the service or the food.
The food was juicy okay for the price
It took a long time die our food while other customers we being served before is the server was attentive though
super yummy! really great food! would return! great seafood!
We had a 4:30 PM reservation. Why in earth would they place us at a table where the waiter/waitress that handles that table doesn't come in until 5PM. Absolutely stupid.
Staff was very pleasant but even with a reservation we were unable to be seated at window.
Appetizers and cocktails were fine
Entrees were awful. Runny risotto, tasteless shrimp, chewy sun-dried tomatoes thrown in and tiny slivers of something green on top. Second entree was completely cold. Sent both back. We had little confidence other entrees would be any better. Had another cocktail and dessert. Will never return.
Love coming here for brunch. We will be back again. Service is very good along with great food. Beautiful overlooking the ocean. ❤️👍
Did not enjoy our dinners. Value to meals over priced.
Oysters were fresh and delicious, both French onion soup and lobster bisque were loved at my table. The chicken special dish was raved about and enjoyed. The penne vodka was plain tomato sauce. Overall our meals were so enjoyable, and our server Ilene was friendly, and informative about menu. Would both visit again and recommend. Thank you.
Food was excellent. Place was a little noisy, maybe a wedding or event upstairs. Nice location, we had a window seat looking out on the ocean.
Selection was a bit weak. Expected much more for the money.
This is not the best restaurant ever! The food is honestly very basic. My burger didn’t have any sauces, my fries were dry. There was a lot of noise, I couldn’t hear my friends. The only good thing is the ocean view
Everything about our lunch was perfect! The view, the atmosphere, the drinks, the food, and the service!
Good experience and food
Will go back
Service was great. However we ordered fish and chips and clearly the fish was microwaved and not fried. Had to send it back due to sogginess and when it returned it looked like it was placed in the oven to darken it but not crisp. Total bust. Restaurant is also dated. Never returning.
We originally planned on eating outdoors but due to the cool weather, we asked the hostess if we could get seated near the window indoors and she happily obliged our request. Lovely view and waitress was extremely attentive.
The service and staff was outstanding. They were cordial and accommodating. All our meals were good but we were expecting better.
The food is really bad. I’m never going to come back. It was my first time. Never coming back. Generic food. Nothing was good. Not one dish.
Was not happy with my dinner and neither was my husband. I had to send mine back because the fish was so spicy and did not mention that on the menu. Pricy and not worth it. They did bring me a new piece of fish but dry and overcooked. The Ribeye my husband had was basically a small piece of very fatty meat and definitely over priced.
Excellent food & service...beautiful view of the beach...
First time back since Covid hit. It wasn't as crowded as I expected. Service a bit uneven but we chalked that up to what appears to be a new staff. Food
I have no specific recommendations at this time for the restaurant.
Great service, good atmosphere and good seafood.
Excellent food. Our server was Tara she was very friendly and professional. Great experience will be back!
Walked there on a rainy night. Got a high top table overlooking ocean. Our waitress Lisa as great and the food was awesome. My husband got the hamburger which he said was delicious and I got the Iceberg Wedge Salad which was also delicious. The portions are large. You can relax and not feel rushed. Prices are reasonable for an ocean front restaurant. We are definitely going back!
Fun night with my friends beautiful view & good food & drinks!
Food and service was great. Nice ambiance with beautiful ocean views. Ask for Connor if you visit this summer. Awesome guy and an excellent, attentive waiter.
Food was delicious! Only recommendation would be to have music playing. Would have added to our great experience at McLoone's.
Service and food quality were average.
Sangria was full of ice and watered down and had no smell or test of wine at all on top of them charging $42 for a half a pitcher of fruit punch but with no fruits!
Windows were dirty and had rust stains dripping all the way down each window with the view of the beach which was not very picture friendly. Management and staff could clearly be heard in the kitchen arguing about work conditions and need for higher pay which was embarrassing to hear. So over all a once beautiful and romantic upscale restaurant has become a below average dining experience and prices way too high for the quality patrons are currently receiving. So sad we really enjoyed McLoones on the Pier for so many years!
The staff was great. Food very good! The atmosphere and the view from
Our table was beautiful.
