Having a Landry Card is a big help and our selected table was waiting. The oysters on the half shell were tasty and fresh. The swordfish was a bit overcooked; however, the crab topping was spoiled. Didn't taste good and didn't smell good. A manager did phone me to make amends.

Daddy/daughter date. Great food with really quick service. Place was packed when we left so definitely recommend reservations or come early. A little pricey but the quality was worth the couple of extra bucks!

At 5:45 on a Friday, the dining room was pretty empty, so my wife and I decided to start our evening in the bar for Happy Hour. The bar was full, with a great buzz. They had excellent drink specials, and a nice selection of appetizers on the Happy Hour menu.

After about an hour, we were able to move to a table for dinner, and the place started to fill up around 7:00. The dinner and drinks were excellent.

The server got our orders wrong a couple of times but rectified the mistake. The wasabi potatoes were overwhelming to the person who ordered it. The appetizers, entrees, and dessert were wonderful.

The food was not good, a very dissapointing experience. The clam chowder tasted like clam juice with lemons, I couldn't even eat it. The stuffed salmon arrived still frozen in the center. The stuffing of crab and shrimp was minimal and cold. I sent the plate back and it came back warm, still not edible in the center. The mashed potatoes were a lump of potatoes, not like any mashed potatoes I've ever seen and cold. The sorbet was like frozen corn syrup and hard as a rock. The couple next to us sent back their plate and didn't want it back. There seemed to be a bread shortage, people were asking for bread and it never came? We had a bad experience several years ago, but thought we would give them another try. It's nothing like the restaurant in Berkeley, too bad.

Service was a bit on the slow side. It took over 1/2 hour to get our food after we ordered it. The waitress seemed to be 'away' from the dining room more than other waitress. Seems like the other customers were getting more attention... sadly... for us.
We were celebrating my birthday, with was obvious since we used my Birthday Reward. But the waitress didn't even offer a birthday dessert. Although she might not have since she said she felt that we were in a hurry since we had asked about the status of our order earlier. Anyhow, she never even offered dessert to us (nor even a little something to celebrate my birthday).
We were a little disappointed and decided to leave anyway since we wanted to get our car out of the parking garage before our 2 hour validation limit expired. So we ended up driving to somewhere else for dessert.

I recently enjoyed a great business lunch there. I had the scallops and a Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc. I'll certainly be returning in the future. The staff was incredibly attentive.

Everything was good; food, friendly waitress, cleanliness. We ordered the Special dinner with salad, steak, shrimp and veggies and dessert-all done to perfection. The only thing was the noise. There was a large group seated next to us and they were very noisy!

Food & service was excellent. Need to put a wall near the door to block the wind tunnel and it wasn’t a windy day.

Food was good but service was terribly slow. Soup and salad were served seconds before some main courses and in some cases after the main course.

The restaurant was relatively empty and several managers or supervisors were milling about, seemingly not doing anything.
