Our dinner out at M&S was just excellent...the food and service were outstanding.
The environment was extremely safe and comfortable.
It was just so enjoyable getting out and being social!!!
Parking was wonderful, you can park at the Loews Hotel and just walk over to the restaurant. The waiter was really nice. I had to change my order, because the Salmon I ordered was bland. I like to kick my seasoning up a notch..I enjoy flavorful foods. The waiter did not give me any hassle...he was incredible. Also I left my car keys by mistake, he ran me down and gave them back...he was really attentive
Good food good service
Had entree, apps, and gumbo.....the ONLY thing that was good was the sea bass. Will never go back
The steak wasn’t good at all it didn’t have any seasoning. The sides was also terrible. Overpriced for not good quality food.
The food was excellent the service was superb a great deal for Valentine’s Day weekend we would love to come back soon
It was a great experience! The food was good the lobster felt a lil over cooked but the flavor was still there! The titos and lemonade jus tasted like lemonade
Hostess and waitstaff average
My wife’s fish was awesome
My ribeye very fatty
Had to tract down people to get pepper for our salad
The young man and young lady who helped our waiter were awesome
Made us feel welcome
Dinner was fine - but the lack of valet parking cast a dark cloud over the evening. The parking garage was extremely full, and the signage to get out was poor.
I would recommend to go back. Soup was cold and swapped it for a delicious salad.
Birthday dinner, excellent king crab legs and stuffed salmon!
Jordan our server was great and he makes an awesome margaritas
Was a great experience and would highly recommend
Top notch fast service with a classic ambiance
Good experience. Great food. Glad to see you guys opened again.
Amazing food, albeit pricy.
Great experience, and equally good service.
Didn't appear there was any valet service available at the time, and did not appreciate paying $5 for parking after validation. Any place at the parking lot just north of the mall will validate for free parking at their parking lot. (Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District), why can't this place?
All 4 dishes were a hit. The scallops were the best-ever. The special of crabcake wrapped with Alaskan sole was especially tasty and 3 courses for $25 was a great value.
Fist there was no valet. Second we asked for a booth and they gave us a table. Third with the low volume of customers because of COVID you would think the waiter would be more attentive. Nope. She came like twice once to take our order and aging when the food arrived. She did not offer us any bread. And when the food did come out some of it was cold. You would think that if I’m spending 130 for two you would think we would have better service. After we paid and went to get my car I had to pay 5 for parking. NEVER GOING BACK.
Everything was outstanding, we enjoyed the food the waitress was extremely nice, we sat at the bar afterwards and it was just an allaround nice night
Food was delicious and the upside down apple pie is a must try! Service was excellent also.
This was my families first time indoor dining during the pandemic. The nervous feeling immediately left upon arrival as all safety protocols were in place. The food was outstanding. Great steaks, great sides and great service.
Nice and wonderful
Great food as always, service is sub par if that. We waited 30 mins before drink orders were taken. Drinks and food came out very slow. Our waitress didn't even know we were there until we asked the hostess to get her. She was nice about getting everything we asked for, but service was slow.
Server tried his best. Bar was “backed up” with 4 customers and 1/3 of restaurant full. Took about 10min to get a drink. Food was bland with little taste. Been to Mcormick many times and was saddened to have this experience for a bday eve out. May give it one more try but for a $400 dinner for 4ppl, we may wait a bit.
Very safe dining experience during the pandemic. The food was delicious and our server Brianna was very kind. I will definitely be back again!
I love this place! Everything was delicious and the service was phenomenal (our server was female but had an uncommon name). Glad I chose to celebrate Sweetest Day there!
Enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the desserts. Would definitely recommend.
During these COVID times, the restaurant wasn't busy on a Thursday night. Our server, Juan, was exceptional as was the food. Everything pertaining to sanitizing and social distancing was taken into consideration. The only thing that was "off" - and had NOTHING to do with M&S - was the parking garage - which is attached to the Loew's Hotel - and, with validation was only $5 (a good deal!) - but the machine to accept our tickets, pay and exit was unattended, dark, impossible to figure out and beyond frustrating. "Only $5" - GREAT, but when you got to the machine, one could ONLY pay with a credit card. Seatbelts, wallets, fumbling - grr. ... Had to spend a moment on the other side of the exit regrouping before driving off ... Thankfully, the M&S experience was perfect!
Crab cake app was excellent, mostly crab, wedge salad very good. The lobster bisque was excellent and so was the scallops main entrée. Drinks were mixed perfectly-Lemon drop martini.
The waitress need more training and the food was not what I expected.
Everyone in the group was surprised and disappointed by the quality and unimaginative presentation of the main entrees. More reminiscent of bad wedding food (blob of mashed potatoes and green beans) than an acclaimed and high priced restaurant. For the few tables occupied, we felt rushed.
Was looking forward to a first visit for all... none of us will return.
I had the seabass in an herb broth. The fish was a bit chewy and the herb broth was extremely salty. I know things are strained now because of Covid, so I really don't want to complain. Service by Diego was very good, very attentive. We hope to go back in better times.
Was a lovely experience with pleasant staff. Was a very quiet in there but I think the seating restrictions from covid played a big part.
I had the ceab stuffed sole and it was just awesome! I've also never experienced a cheesecake that melts in your mouth.... I really had an awesome experience.
good implementation of anti-Corona-virus measures, friendly and efficient staff, excellent food. But: happy-hour only in the bar area, not in the restaurant.
No valet parking, but a 'sponsored' parking ticket for $5 in the parking construction next door. Very convenient.
This place is not cheap, but it's money well spent.
This was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. I was a single diner, just wanting to get a quick bite at the bar and go home. The hostess said to sit in the bar area. I was the only one in the entire bar area. Yet it took 11 minutes to be acknowledged by the wait staff. I got up and took a menu from another table so I could look at it! The wine and wedge salad came out on time. However, the entree took over 40 minutes! And then, when it came, it was the WRONG ORDER. It took forever for the right one to come. In total, without dessert, it was a 95 minute experience. I ordered everything at one time, and was in a hurry. No such luck. The waiter apologized and gave me a free second glass of wine, which I almost turned down as I was driving. Wine doesn’t solve everything. The food was the saving grace, however, as it was excellent. I’ll think twice about attempting a quick bite at the bar at this location.
Terrible service , not concerned with the customer experience AT ALL. It was my sons birthday, there was no attention to that detail. We arrived early and STILL had to wait, while a walk-in couple was seated. #Tuh Dismal experience
The food was good and reasonably priced. However, the customer service was subpar. Waiter was not as attentive as we thought he should have been. This was both me and my significant others first time ever eating at M&S and probably will be our last.
The portions were small and not worth the price!
The outdoor seating was okay. We had to ask for table cloth for our table. The server came and took our drink orders. Ten minutes later we had the drinks. The Margaritas forgot to have any kick or flavor.
The server took our order and it was delivered by a food runner. The server did not return until she presented us with the check.
The New England Lobster Roll special had more baby shrimp than lobster pieces. In fact after taking it home I found I had micro pieces of lobster. The filling was two tablespoons of salad. The bread and clam chowder were good.
Would I go back...
I wrote to the headquarters of M&S and complained. Let's see what happens.
