Apparently no longer accepting the Landry card: the reason I bought the card is so that I could dine at this restaurant.
Was NOT informed of this until AFTER the meal.

Food excellent. Confused that listed as member of rewards program, had card out and waitress recognized it, but was only told restaurant non participating when went to pay bill. Would have gone to Grand Concourse instead. Felt mislead

Me and a friend went to the Southside location for Restaurant Week. Very disappointed. One of the selections was braised short ribs. Ribs being plural but I only got one. The Beef Carpaccio appetizer was like 3 bites. The dessert was so small we could have eaten three of them. 2 minutes after they brought our appetizer they brought our entree. We will not return to McCormick and Schmick. This is an upscale restaurant with no food on the plate. And what food we did get wasn't that great

Our waitress was pleasant enough, but wasn't very knowledgable about items on the menu that we had questions about. There weren't a lot of people there for lunch when we were there, but the service was pretty slow. We were there about 1 1/2 hours just for lunch. The food was really good (a little pricey), but good! The dessert we shared was outstanding (chocolate bag).

Went for happy hour. Bartender was friendly. The food was good and quick. I wish they would add something like a fried cod sandwich. I enjoyed the fish tacos but I want another fish option. Will return.

I am not able to rate the menu, prices, or food. We were seated at a table with a glass of water half filled and lip marks on it and a used fork. We waited 10 minutes for a waiter to question the situation but nobody arrived so we left. It was very dark and uncomfortable in there anyways. We went to Cheesecake Factory instead because it was close and I was very impresed.

I have been to McCormick & Schmick's for lunch and happy hour before but this was the first for dinner. So I know it's a bit on the pricey side, especially for a chain restaurant. My food was good - but really not worth the price. I ordered scallops with pork belly. For $32, I had 3 scallops. Three. And not large scallops. And the pork belly was miniscule. There were supposed to be oyster mushrooms too. I think if you put all the tiny pieces together I may have had half a mushroom total in the entire dish. My salad was average. Conversely, my husband just had fish and chips, and he said they were great. But it was also $20 for fish and French fries.... Although the food wasn't bad, it wasn't worth the price. And service was slow.

Everything was good but the hostess and server (Melinda). We arrived promptly at 2 P.M. our reservation time on Christmas Day. The hostess hurried us to our seats. She did not wait for us to take off our coats before just laying down the menu rather than HANDING the menu to us. The server laid down our check BEFORE asking us if we wanted dessert or coffee saying "no rush". Well it sure felt like we were being rushed. She did not ask how our meals were. My mom, who is elderly had cold potatoes. She never asked if we wanted any more to drink or refills on drinks. Melinda then cleans off the table, pacing back and forth all the while we were sitting there enjoying the atmosphere. All said and done from the time we arrived to the time we left was LESS THAN ONE HOUR! NO RUSH Melinda...Really? Couldn't wait to see how much your tip was? Then on to the next reservation! For the upscale reputation, fine dining experience, the hostess and server were poorly trained and certainly not appropriate for this type of dining experience.
