Enjoyed Father's Day dinner. Good service.
The food was delicious and service was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely eat there again.
1st time here, couldn't have been better. Matthew is a platinum grade server.
The staff was attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere, but disappointed in the food for prices charged. The green beans were under cooked and my husband got two large asparagus that were so chewy and tasteless. My salmon was good but the shrimp served with it were to tiny and sparse. Wanted it to be great but it wasn't.
Reliable restaurant for a special meal.
Food was very good. Restaurant was still extremely light on patrons and obviously suffering from new staff woes. Nothing too bad, just obvious. Lighting changes could be considered as it was starkly bright for evening meal. Overall a good experience.
Nate was awesome. Well versed with the menu and food was delicious!
Very pleasant evening! Everyone enjoyed themselves…
I was disappointed they did not wish me happy birthday
Friendly service, attentive and accommodating! Great location for our meeting!
Steak was exceptional! Lobster mashed potatos were too!... the apple dessert thing with the candied pecans was off the charts!!
The food was not worth the value. Our server was over whelmed as our food sat on a tray unattended. We were not asked about our food and we were not offered refills on drinks. Very bad experience.
nice meal - would like to see more desserts to chose from - all else great
I had reservations I showed up early was not seated by the staff and was left at the table for 30 minutes and no server ever came out to check on us so we just left
It was a pleasant surprise to find such a comfortable environment in which to dine after > a year of limited services due to the pandemic. Bravo!
Were in town and found M&S on Open Table. Ribeye was like butter melted in my mouth. Service was very good. Matt was great server.
Another memorable meal at the downtown M&S! Food cooked perfectly, wait staff amazing and management ever present to oversee that every detail is taken care of! Thank you!
Food was good. Everything else was great.
I enjoyed the dining experience. Food was excellent and so was the service. The restaurant a good atmosphere.
Great service and good food. Easy to get last minute reservations given the pandemic. Had a great time.
Fantastic meal and even better service!
we had a nice time we were in and out fast not rushed at all and and our server was personable she training young man named Nate he did great job also I manage a private club and would be happy to hire either of them
Excellent food as always. The staff was just wonderful.
Mother’s Day day was supposed to be a nice event with my wife who is new mother and my mother. The place was packed, waited to be seated with a reservation. No problem. It was quite loud, again, not a big deal.
The service however ... was a lot to be desired. Had to wait 2hours for our main course while the other table after us got their food. My little 11 month did quite well after 2 hours but we didn’t expect to be there past that. Steak was not cooked enough, deserts came out incorrectly. Waited for a spoon to eat my now melted icecream for 5min and got up and spoke to the manager who didn’t have time for me. Spoke with a friendly assistant manager instead. No compensation other than to let them know next time I’m in for a meal. So I suppose that’s better than nothing if there is a next time. For the money I spent, and the experience we received, we all laughed and felt like we would have had a better experience at Applebee’s. What happened to this place?
We came for Mother’s Day. It was extremely crowded which resulted in a long wait for food which was warm, but not hot. We had the price fix meal which was a good value for the restaurant, but not as good as expected.
The service was very slow, food was good, not great. The ribeye looked like it was pounded. Just overall not good for the price you pay.
I enjoyed my Mother’s Day lunch
At McCormick & Schmicks. Even though it was a limited menu, everyone had a very nice meal
The service was beyond poor and highly unacceptable. This was a college graduation celebration completely ruined by a very rude waitress....3 wait staff for the night. We arrived at 7:45 pm and had to request service multiple times. We were finally able to order around 9:45 pm or so. I requested personalized menus both via open table and calling to confirm via phone twice and they were not available at dinner. When making the reservation I called in to find out what the corking service fee would be; I was told $10. When four bottles were put on the table for corking service the rude waitress told us $25. I advised her that this was not the price that was quoted and requested that she check on this which she did not. I spoke with the front hostess and she informed me that we will be charged at $10. The waitress came back again to open the bottles and stated once again that it would be $25.This is where the first change in waitresses took place. I could go on and on about our experience however I just do not have the time to go into it. I will say that the saving grace for this restaurant was the last waiter, the front desk hostess who did speak with the manager, and also requested the general manager come over to speak with me. The general manager was more than understanding and kind enough to comp the entire bill. However my daughter’s graduation dinner was completely ruined. We even had guests leave due to feeling uncomfortable and profiled. I really am very disappointed not to mention embarrassed.
Amazing! Always a great place to celebrate a special day. The food and drinks were amazing, however the service was a little slow. We assumed that they were extremely understaffed and weren't too upset, but we were there for almost 2.5 hours. Other than the service everything was amazing!!
Service was great! Food was just okay. Mashed potatoes do not go with fish - ever.
Very good visit for a Mothers Day getaway. The service and food were all excellent.
Service was good. Stuffed salmon had barely any stuffing on it. Really disappointing but the salmon was good. Mashed potatoes tasted instant really disappointing for a higher class restaurant.
Bar took 25 minutes to get us our drinks, then the food took an another hour to come and some were right some were not. Two of the steaks that were ordered medium rare came back well done. The service was horrible for how much we paid.
Always a good place to eat- Food and service is always good.
A fantastic place to have a high quality meal in a quiet atmosphere at a reasonable and fair price. Quality service!
It was my sons 18th birthday. We made a reservation. We had to wait about 15 minutes extra, ended up at a table too small for our group, as I think they sat another group at the table they told us would be ready shortly. It was very busy so the waitress rarely appeared, the food took forever and there was a VERY loud biker gang next to us dropping f-bombs every other word.
We were seated in the center of a large room with 3 parties of at least 10. It was loud, crowded and messy. We were lost in the shuffle, as the server was handling our table of two along with the parties. We had to ask for drinks ordered and not delivered. There was very little service at our table beyond ordering and check paying. I don't blame the server at all - she was overwhelmed. When making a reservation, I didn't expect to specifically request a quieter table in a restaurant of this stature. I could have gone to Red Lobster and had a more enjoyable atmosphere.
great food and the place was clean and very organized. Everyone seemed happy and were very attentive.
The service was great. When we made the reservation we noted that we were celebrating a birthday. The menu’s all said “Happy Birthday”! This was great as it’s the small details that make a difference. Everyone at the table (7) had seafood and it also was great. My only complaint was the mashed potatoes, they were just barely warm and other guests at the table had the same complaint about the potatoes but after a quick and quiet conversation with our server, she made it right! Great Birthday Dinner.
