The food was not hot which confused us because we were one of five parties in the restaurant. We had to flag down our waitress and there was no one at the hostess stand when we arrived. Will not be returning to this location.

The service was great but the food was overly seasoned with heavy salt and the shrimp scampi on the steak tasted days old along with the mashed potatoes. The food did not taste freshly cooked.

Last night the service was very slow and attention by the wait staff extremely poor. After a long wait the food arrived and was cold. The manager was helpful and discounted our meal but it was not a good experience!

The manager, Mikala, was so accommodating for our large party. The server, Bridgette, was professional and knowledgeable about the menu & the local area. It was a great dining experience sitting outside with great food. And if you have a sweet tooth, order the pineapple brown butter cake!!!

I brought my wife here for a date night. Terrible mistake . I’m never the type to send food back it unfortunately I ordered a ribeye steak medium rare & it came out rare . I sent it back to be cooked and a brand new steak came out the same way. To the restaurants credit The manger did us at our table to deescalate the problem, but after two failed steaks there was nothing else I wanted .

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and the working manager needs some customer service training. This establishment ruined my grandmothers 80th birthday celebration it no telling how long we will have her and this place made a negative memory that we will keep forever

I wish they would’ve seated us with a better view. We requested a better table but they told us that series of tables was reserved although they remained empty until close. It was just myself, my husband, and our four month old. They could’ve accommodated.

Mistakes happen…but unfortunately, THIS time, my baby’s tummy ate itself 😒Waited almost 20 mins past when our main entrees were served, before my daughter’s kids’ meal was brought out. Meltdown averted, but kitchen timing ⏱️ is everything 🙏🏼 Plus, we weren’t any comp’d for the inconvenience 🤦🏽‍♀️ Customer service goes a long way toward ensuring repeat customers. Too many options in the DMV to not put forth the effort…

Service was very poor, we ordered a salad for a starter but after nearly 30 minutes the main course came. Also we ordered a glass of wine and the server forgot it. There’s too much noise. We didn’t like the food we ordered but the manager was nice to change it for us. But we have to wait a very long time to get it. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Food was really good. I was there for a conference and online reservations were easy and we were greeted and seated promptly. I was there with my first cousin and she had been there a day prior and had no objections w returning. She had fish and chips and spinach. We both had rum punch. She had the apple pie a la mode and I had one crab cake broccoli and and a side salad and rum punch and the pineapple butter bread dessert. When I tell you that our service from Ari was great, the weather and atmosphere were fabulous. The food was hot and tasty. I will definitely return.

Mia was an excsllent server. Please give this young lady a raise! Her suggestions were spot on. The food was tasty. The martinis and margaritas were on point. Mia was highly attentive. 1st round of coffee was cold but Mia corrected that issue quickly.

We went there in March of 2023 food was great service was amazing went back August 26th. The AC was broken. The music was way too loud. The appetizer was good and came out fast. It took a long time for the waitress to come back and check on us for refills and other needs. Our food was Luke warm. Stuffed salmon and bourbon glazed salmon had no seasoning very bland. The manager seemed lost and not knowing what to say when the complaints happened. Not sure what happened over the past couple months but it will be a while before we try again as it’s too expensive to not be satisfied with the food and service.

My family and I went here to celebrate the dedication of my granddaughter. Chrissy was our waitress and she was amazing. It was 15 of us and we were a rowdy bunch 😂but she took very good care of us and made our dinner amazing

Arrived at our reservation on time. We were sat within minutes but after waiting 20+ minutes our server said hello and that she would be right back and never returned. For a restaurant that charges as much as they do and we’re not entirely busy at the time I expect better service. I figured if it took that long and didn’t even get a drink who knew how long our dinner would take.

The experience and food was just ok. Maybe it was just really busy but our waitress wasn't very attentative. My husband waited for a while to get a refill on water and tea. His glass sat empty thru most of the meal. He also ordered asparagus with his entree and that never came. It was taken off the bill though. The location is good. But if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere, it's really sort of loud.That may be because it's at the harbor.

There were 6 in our party. We were at a round table that made conversation much easier. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. We were seated right away. The menus were great. The children had their own menus, which had a nice variety.

My husband and I enjoyed our delicious salads and steak dinner meals! Cindy, our server, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, we thought the restaurant was extremely warm and it did not feel like the air conditioner was working properly. We would consider returning in the future but would hope the issue with the AC would be resolved, so we could better enjoy our dining experience.

It was not the ambiance I intended for the price point of the entrees. I believe the AC was out. It was hot. The tables were way too close. The music was entirely too loud and colorful. A nice neutral background sound would've been nice. Did I mention it was super hot. I spied portable AC units in the background... On the other hand, I really appreciate the individualized attention they gave me and my family. We were celebrating my dad's 71st bday. It was really a nice touch to print that on the menu!!

The value for money is not there. We waited an hour for our food and we’re seated next to two rented air conditioners that killed the ambiance. The upholstery on the chairs is coming undone. The waiter took 20 minutes to get our bread. They would not accommodate my request of plain scallops either. We spent over $100. 10 years ago it was a nice restaurant, now it’s rundown. Won’t go there again.

We eat at McCormick and Schmick in any town that has this restaurant. The quality of the food is consistent. The filet mignon was excellent. I had it butterflied. The Chilean sea bass was very spicy.

Everything was okay. Problem all around, but correctable one. From arrival it was already tough. The hostess couldn't find my name and reservation. When I pointed it out to her in front of her on her screen, she proceeded to mispronounce my name to me as if I had been saying it wrong even as I corrected her again. I believe the manager ended up seating us. The food had good flavors but service was slow and I think the food suffered as a result. Our appetizers were good. We had the oysters, fried, grilled and raw. For dinner, I had the steak and shrimp and my wife had the twin lobster tails and both tasted like they had good seasoning but everything felt overcooked like it had been under a heat lamp for too long. The steak, shrimp, and lobster were all a bit chewy. Nothing was burnt but it had that heat lamp feel and texture of just being under heat for too long. Also we were offered free dessert for my wife's birthday but charged for it anyway, we just paid because everything was taking so long we didn't want to wait for a correction. Most of the problems are pretty easily correctable, and the food had good flavor so we try them again, probably at the inner harbor in Baltimore next time though
