Very insulted by the server. When we requested for additional bread as only 2 half loafs were provided for the party of 5, he said he will bring more WHEN we finished the original basket, which was not enough for the 5 of us to begin with. In addition, he spilled the food on us during packing. He noticed it but did not even apologized. Your restaurant has a horrible review on Yelp. In addition, your Tysons location has been shut down. This is very disturbing.
Service was exceptionally great. Our server went out of her way to assist and serve. Also, the manager visited our table to check on us.
Unfortunately, the wait service and the food was horrible. The waiter took about 10 minutes to finally greet us. Ordered cocktails about 5 minutes later waiter came back to ask us again what cocktails we ordered. Ordered food and the food seemed to be previously frozen. For the amount you pay it should be fresh or close to it. The salmon I ordered was supposed to be stuffed with crab and shrimp. It was only stuffed with crab and when asked the waiter if the salmon was stuffed with both he said no it’s only stuffed with crab. I asked for the menu and indeed it stated crab and shrimp. At the end of dinner ordered cappuccino in which it took 10 minutes to receive and it was luke warm. Spent $62.00 on food I could have easily received at a lower end restaurant. Extremely disappointed.
We made a reservation and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes.

We are Landry club members and come often but tonight was a total miss from timing to food especially dry steak to having to ask manager to check on food. A bit disappointed to say the least.
As a member of Landry’s Club and presenting the membership card, the host didn’t greet us or acknowledged us until he decided he was ready to check us in.
Previous experiences with the club, someone comes to your table to greet you and verify everything is ok, not in this occasion.
A five long inches hair was in my son’s burger, someone came to tell us that they were sorry and will follow up to replace the meal, that person never came back. After receiving the burger, we all had finished eating and he couldn’t eat any more.
No one came to offer any more drinks or offer any water I’m refills.
Honestly, we expected better for this class of restaurant.
Slow slow service to the point of excruciating annoyance. Lunch took 1 hour 40 minutes and it’s not because I was chatting.
Excellent seafood. Great oysters. Good wine list.
Food was delicious. However, we all returned our soup because it was lukewarm. It came back properly hot. Server, Megan, was very good, friendly and caring. Long wait between courses. Recommend you have no other plans so you can relax despite the wait. Prices are reasonable for the food served.
We visited for valentine's day, our first time, our waitress was really good. She kept checking up on us and made sure we were satisfied. She would be on top of our list for returning. The food was amazing, but the high light of our visit were the drinks. I would definitely recommend here for anyone looking for a nice relaxed environment for a date or jut a place to feel at home.
The best place we have found to eat in Crystal City. Just wounderful service and food.
I never miss McCormick and Schmick's when I visit DC. We first discovered this chain at 16 & K streets in DC and now have visited 18 different properties in different states. The seafood is always fresh and the crab cakes are great. I plan to visit another M & S in a different city in two weeks.
Excellent wait staff and cooks. They have a great selection of wines by the glass as well.
So, our waiter was nice, but he seemed to be off his game. It wasn’t busy, but we had to ask multiple times for simple things like sweetener. The food was good and the cost was reasonable. Would recommended.
Food was not good. Fries were stale and needed to be remade. Martinis were filled half-way. Food wasn’t very fresh or particularly hot. Waaaaaay over-priced for mediocre food.
Overall, we had a great time. The server was really nice and professional; however, very slow. We were the very first table in the restaurant and our appetizer came out cold, and food took almost an hour to come out. We also had to wait a long time for dessert, of which two were birthday desserts. For the money you pay, nothing should come out cold at all and there should be no extensive waits when you are the first table to sit.
I was not pleased with the service. Brandon, the waiter wanted me to pack my leftover salad. This is the 2nd time at this restaurant that I have been disrespected.
Found Hair in my initial order although they did go get another order — I was still charged for the dish — incredible as the manager said we don’t compensate we just replace — wow — again there were 3 large strands of hair in my Cole slaw —
The customer service from the Assistant Manager on duty was awful — felt like I was negotiating to have a good meal and evening.
We visit M&S periodically for several reasons; the food is good, the prices are generally reasonable, and we can usually get a 1k point table. This visit was ok; good good, but the waiter was slow. I was a little bothered by the hostess who wanted to sit us near the bar while happy hour was in full swing and we were obviously there for a quiet dinner. After a short discussion, we cleared the issue up and were seated further back away from the noise. We’ll come back occasionally when the situation warrants a visit.
