We ate before the Kong and I for restaurant week. Our meals were very good. No complaints. Will definitely go back! Excellent service from Vanna !!!
This is one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. Everything was outstanding! Our server, Abby, was great. Very personable and attentive. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
Nice restaurant week offerings.
Our experience at McCormick and Schmick's was incredible. We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary there. Our waiter, James was fantastic - very accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Very delicious from the cocktail to the dessert. It is highly recommended and I love it!
It was horrible, we waited and hour for our main course, it came out wrong, and never was asked if we wanted anything but water
Food was excellent. Waiter not so much Waited 25 minutes for cocktails to arrive Waiter forgot bread three times
We dined during the Cincinnati Restaurant week and ordered the specials they were offering. The food was excellent, with the lobster tails being small but very tasty and well prepared. The salads and sides were great and the 2 deserts were outstanding! Service was wonderful! We highly recommend visiting McCormick and Schmicks!
What a treat it was dining at McCormick and Schmicks. My husband and I are from Dayton and were in Cincinnati for a show at the theater.
The server was very very attentive, the food was excellent, atmosphere was pleasant.
Delicious dinner for Cincinnati Restaurant Week!
Would definitely recommend.
A nitpicky complaint, but one I need to address. I substituted the sautéed spinach with my lunch, not knowing that they do not cut the stems off the spinach. Imagine my terror when I realized that part of a stem got caught in my teeth. A situation that could easily have gone viral. Note to Self: Never order the sautéed spinach again.
Service was friendly and professional. Steaks were fantastic. Dessert and specialty coffees were a hit. Great value!
We had a great meal during Cincinnati Restaurant Week.
Very disappointed, went for daughter’s. Irthday celebration. We were seated at a dirty table, glasses continuously went dry, had to ask three different times for bread, were told it was baking, and then when it came out it was cold. The bill was wrong and to top it off when my husband and son went to the restroom before leaving , they had no hot water.
We had 4:30 reservations and told the waiter we were going to Arnoff for 6:30 show. The service was extremely slow, and we didn’t get our dinner until 5:50. We didn’t order appetizers, only salads. A couple that came in 40 minuets after us got their food before we did. The waiter forgot our bread, wine, ice until reminded. There were only a handful of tables occupied while we were there.
Fairly good food; prices on the high side; HORRIBLE WAITRESS!!
Enjoyed the meal very much!! Loved the Basket desert!
Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed our dinner at McCormick and Schmick's. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. While the pricing is higher than what you might pay other places, the quality was wonderful, and the portion sizes were generous. We had requested a gluten - free menu ahead of time, and it was ready and at the table when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful evening; we would recommend this restaurant.
We were seated promptly for 8 pm. Hershel was our waiter. Service was prompt, effective, personable, and humorous. We're Landry Select Club members and we recommend joining it. The rewards outweigh the slight cost. All of our food choices were great, with tasty wine and beer. Also received a free birthday dessert.
Nice restaurant, but sadly not enough servers. For the price of finer dining, we expect a better service experience. Very dark and quiet. Looked like the bar was a better option.
Had Sunday brunch with a friend. Wonderful food; great service. I have been to M&S for dinner many times but first time for brunch. I will definitely do this again.
Great food and really good waiter - we enjoyed the visit. My first trip McCormick & Schmick's - we will be back!
Friend in from Houston
Easter it was wonderful
We went for Easter and were well pleased with everything there except the background music. It was a little too loud. The food and service were very good overall.
Easter brunch. Had special brunch menu and regular menu was also available. Service was very good as was food.
Location is great for midtown events and people watching. Our server was outstanding. Easter brunch food was good but things were not executed well. Food not hot, did not bring small plates for a shared appetizer. Will go back because the server and management made the experience.
Outstanding server. Food was excellent. We will be back.
James is a very good waiter. It was early evening so not crowded. Quiet.
Had a dinner date with my sister. We decided to enjoy the happy hour selections in the bar area. The selections of foods and drinks were phenomenal. The prices was great. Overall the visit was memorable.
Food was wonderful! Great service!!
Quality food and atmosphere. We always enjoy our time here
Our server was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, courteous, and helped with recommendations. I will definitely return.
Mixed seafood grill excellent. Lobster bisque good but very rich. Steak was also excellent. Service a bit slow.
Went to grab a bite before a show with my mom and received the worst service ever! First, we sat for nearly 15 minutes without drinks.... we only ordered a water and iced tea with lemon. When they were finally brought, no lemons. So we again asked for lemons and sweetener... lemons were brought, sweetener never was. We also then asked for bread... never got that either. We both ordered salads and an entree... My salad was brought, my mother's never was. At this point, she complains to the server. Finally, the manager comes over, except he does nothing except say he is sorry that they never brought us bread. Then the server comes back and says, "So my manager came over and explained the bread situation, right?" What about the lack of drinks for 15 minutes or additional failure to bring us sweetener and salad? Then to top it off, the entrees were mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the cost. It's a shame because we've dined here several times in the past without issue. Needless to say, we will never be coming back!
We went to McCormick and Schmick’s before seeing a play at the Aronoff. We all enjoyed our meals but the service was truly slow. It took 30 minutes after ordering for our first drink to arrive. We ordered bread which never came and ended up having to cancel our second drink order because they were not going to arrive in time before the play. We had a 6:00 reservation for an 8:00 play and we were still running late by the time we got out of there. I would probably return but many people in our party of 9 said this was their last dining experience at McCormick.
We were very impressed. Our only other M&S experience was on Beavercreek and, since acquired by Landry, went way downhill. Maybe that's why they're closed. Service and food at Cincinnati location reminded me of why we used to like M&S in Beavercreek.
Always above and beyond food and service. Everyone enjoyed greatly.
Good food. The background music was too loud - it made it difficult to hear table conversation.
