The food was amazing. The service was great. I will definitely be recommending and revisiting.
Service was not good drinks made wrong …shrimp seems out dated …steak came out under cooked sent it back …charged out credit card twice.
Overcooked and not tasty
The saving grace was Terrell who was personable, funny and responsive
It was our Anniversary and they treated us like kings and queens!
For the price, the food was very underwhelming. Bland.
Anthony our server seemed overwhelmed , things were extremely slow from beginning to end. We had 5:30 reservations and felt rushed at the end to leave by 7:30 for the concert since everything dragged out all night long, we asked for our check when the dinners were delivered to help speed up things.
Not sure how much was the servers fault or the bar/kitchen staff for the slow service. I picked M&S for us based on reputation and prior dining there years ago.
I will give other restaurants a chance the next time I go downtown for dinner.
Never saw a manager all night walking around checking things on the floor .
This location needs a refresh. My salad was good, but my husband’s lobster and asparagus looked old. We’ve been to 2 locations in 2 different states in the last 6 months and I don’t think we will return.
We chose this restaurant because it was in our hotel. We were so disappointed. Our server Dez was amazing and none of our experience had anything to do with him. Our dinner took a long time to come out and the manager came over to say that the food wasnt prepared to their standards so they were remaking it. We appreciated that but then when it finally came out my steak was rare when it was supposed to be medium. It had to be sent back and by the time it came back my husband was almost done eating. My steak came with asparagus which was not fresh at all and gray in color. I ordered a side of the roasted potatoes for $8.50 and got maybe 6-7 small potato cubes in my plate. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi which was also terrible. Very bland and the shrimp didn’t taste fresh. For the amount of money this restaurant costs you would be better off choosing the Morton’s steakhouse across the street or Ruth’s Chris down the street. Don’t waste your money.
The food was good but not great. Service was good but bar service was a bit slow. It was Saturday evening and they were busy so that's to be expected. Desert took about 20 minutes to come out which was pushing us to the brink of our time table since we were going to a concert. Our server was great and apologetic about the waits for drinks and desert. These delays were expected as we understand the shortage of restaurant workers. Ambiance is very good but a little noisy. That could be our perception because we haven't eaten inside a restaurant for 1.5 years. We usually dine outside although that was not an option here. All in all though, it was enjoyable.
Food was good and fresh
Need more fresh fish options/blackened too
Service was good but slow but good. Ordered the Ahi appetizer which was just 6, 1” squares of thin sliced tuna. Way overpriced.
Everything went very well, from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The food was outstanding, cooked just as ordered. Service was great. We were well attended but our server did not hover. We were not surprised at the price, well worth the cost. We look forward to coming back soon. Maybe we will try lunch next time.
The service was very slow. We had an early reservation as we had tickets to a concert. We were seated promptly at 5pm, but did not even order our dinners until close to 6pm. Half of our table were served there drinks, half did not get our drinks until closer to 5:45. Other tables surrounding us seemed to get their drinks and food timely. Very disappointing.
I had my birthday dinner down there 8/29/21 it was really amazing, the waitress was super nice the atmosphere was perfect…
As always, the food is outstanding. We did heavy apps and oysters on the half shell. Very fresh and tasty. The service was excellent. Our server was polite and attentive. The food is pricey, but you get what you pay for. We will go back again.
Great food and excellent staff had a great time. If you’re in Cincinnati you need to stop bye.
Hostess & server were excellent. Food was very good but a little pricey.
Food was mediocre for the price. It was not bad but it wasnt worth going back
Everything was great. I did not have any problems and they made all corrections in a great amount of time.
Our waiter Juwan was delightful but the food was fair. It took 30 mins for our appetizers to arrive. Juwan said there was a shift change going on in the kitchen. He apologized for the delay. The shrimp was not cleaned properly, veins were still there. Juwan gave us another but they were only half cleaned. The Herb Grilled Chicken was over cooked. The Tuna and fish tacos were fine.
I know restaurant’s are struggling now but one of this caliber needs to make sure the quality is there. Thankfully our waiter could not have been more helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed the meal😀
The table top was sticky like it hand not Ben thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Made Me wonder if the kitchen is dirty too
Attentive service and food was delicious.
All was good except the wine was served warm—-a good bottle of cab should be slightly cool. We had to put ice in it. The food was good but menu was somewhat limited from what it once was.
We had lunch on Sunday. Service was very good and I had a Dolce Sangria and it was fabulous. Our meals were ok, a little on bland side and the temperature was on the lukewarm side. I would of expected a upscale place like this to be a little more clean. Bathroom had no soap and the stall doors were dirty. Front door glass was dirty and the front voyeur needed to be vacuumed.
First, we never were brought any bread. Glancing around that seamed to be common for our waiter. The section next to us had bread. Ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp were very overcooked. When we received our main course, made an unsolicited commitment about how the dishes were not sitting around. One bite into each told us the both were. They were both cold. The group at the table next to us received their main course when they were only halfway through their salad. Overall, just poor execution. It wasn’t even busy.
We had to wait for a long time for our food to come out of the kitchen. My husbands steak was not cooked properly. It was his birthday. This used to be our favorite restaurant but we aren’t sure we will go back for awhile
Was not what we expected! service was really slow and unengaged. Our food was bland and very basic for the cost. Wish It turned out how we were expecting since It seemed like a great find. Disappointed in the overall experience.
The food was not in line with the prices. Basic bland grilled chicken/ fish and undercooked green beans. Due to this we will not return. Service was great and drinks were good
Service was slow. One of our 4 orders was cold.
They put more effort into making a good looking menu than making the dishes actually taste good.
Food was sub par and we were surprised. Salmon was dry from being over cooked and potatoes overcooked and runny.
We had hoped for a complimentary dessert but restaurant didn’t do that.
Our server was awful. I’m a Landry Select member, and this location has been very consistent. Our food was over cooked. Our server was slow, inattentive, and non responsive. I asked for a glass of ice twice and he never brought it.
We had excellent food and the service was great. It is a little pricey but OK
This location was extremely disappointing. Food was lukewarm and the restaurant wasn't that busy and we waited a very long time for our food. We ordered dessert and it was approx 20-30 minutes and the Chef came to our table and told us that they no longer had the dessert we ordered. He tried very hard to get us to order a different one and we declined. This is not the quality or service I have been accustomed to with this chain of restaurants.
The food was tasty. They have an apple pie that is soooo good. Definitely happy with my visit.
Food and service were outstanding.
Waitress tried her best, they ran out oysters, asparagus, soup, tuna over cooked. Just a bad experience I never leave bad reviews, but cant not on this experience. Hopefully they will see this and make the proper corrections
We left after 30 minutes of not receiving service. The restaurant seemed very understaffed and the staff that was there was in no particular hurry to serve us.
