   Waitress and food were excellent. Hostess did not seat us near a window as was specifically requested. Entire area was empty. Guess she was too lazy to put tables together.

   The place smelled horrible and our waitress was terrible. We got there at 6:30 pm and were able to find a table in the bar. We missed happy hour because our waitress finally showed up to take our order at 7:10. We ordered drinks and food and didn't get food until 8:30 pm..bar was relatively empty and restaurant had empty tables, so it wasn't that busy!

   Outstanding meal! I had the shrimp and andouille Mac n cheese for my entree. I usually shy away from those as an entree because they are usually too rich. But this was perfect! The cheese sauce was light but flavorful with a nice tang to it. The spice of the sausage added a a burst of flavor with each bite. Excellent recommendation by our server! Also, one of best clam chowders I've ever had outside of Boston!

   First time there, was really looking forward to it after seeing all the awards, but left quite disappointed. 1) Air conditioning was not working, but they did not notify me ahead of time. I would have been more impressed if they had done so so I could have made a reservation elsewhere and come back a different time (I would have since they were willing to contact me ahead of time - always reward honesty). 2) My wife's food was very good (according to her). 3) My steak was ordered medium, butterfly cut. It came out medium-well on the inside, and pretty close to completely well done on the outside. 4) Service level was very slow. Not sure if it only felt this way due to the temperature inside, but I know we went through our salad and 2 baskets of bread before our meal arrived. Also gave up on paying with a credit card that I had on the table for almost 10 minutes (clearly visible to the server) and just left cash instead. 5) They did give us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. They are a big name, so I am sure that this experience is definitely an exception rather than the rule, however my first impression is pretty poor.

   Great gathering spot after 5 and a perfect lunch/interview spot. Service is thoughtful and not intrusive. Menu allows for all needs to be met. Recommend the crab, avocado, mango salad appetizer. Tables allow for quiet and business conversations.

    Our server made the experience horrible. We were seated for 15 mins before we had to ask another server for water. She forgot about our table and our food was ready so by the time we tracked her down and she brought it to us, 2 of the 3 plates were cold. She asked if I wanted another drink, I replied yes and she said ok and came back 20 mins later with no drink and asked if we wanted desert. My fillet was overcooked and the bread they have was so hard that I didn't even want to dip it in my soup. I'd only return to sit at the bar
