Amazing!!!. Good experience and nice setting. The people was nice and the food was on point. Wasn’t a long wait either for service.

Get food and the service was even better. Our server was so attentive I thought about offering him a job.

Food was just ok. Fish was over cooked. Worst part was the waiter. He would not leave us alone. You would get into a conversation and then there he was again for no good reason.

My bestie, Kim and I meet up after work for happy hour and WOW!! Great service, great drinks, good food, and fair prices. Highly recommend!! Great place for either a small or large group or nice place a dinner date.

The food and service were wonderful, expecially loved the shrimp kisses and lobster risotto.

Server was nice, spinach was no flavor just salty and swordfish is hard not to dry out so it was dry.

The trout was divine, green beans were tasty & cooked to perfection. They make the best mojito.

Food was good. For the value I would have expected better. Server didn’t provide descriptions of items. I didn’t get my asparagus as ordered.

Waiter was horrible. He told us immediately that he was sick. Food very mediocre. Several items tasted old like ice cream. Will never go back and won't ever recommend.

I made a reservation for 16 guests for my 25th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was able to accommodate my guests and made my special day EXTRA special. The food was delicious and Seven the waiter was funny and had a lovely personality. This place will be my ideal spot for a romantic date😉

really liked this place. compare to other McCormic and Schmidt restaurants, i think this one was the best. really nice and quite atmosphere, very good service. not too busy, food was very good also. i loved tuna tartar and scallops as my meal. will definitely go back,,

Great service except that the waiter did not initially bring water at table until we asked for it, had to wait a while just to get water. Losbter bisque soup was amazing! I would go back just for the lobster bisque. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs though after he finally brought the water. Overall great experience!

We arrived (party of two). The desk person stated, "Do you have a reservation (I said no). We are only seating those with reservations (I looked around and saw the lack of people in the building). You all are welcome to dine at the bar." I went to the bar and logged into Open Table and there were open times for the entire evening. I simply made a reservations for 25 minutes beyond the time we arrived. The place was not busy. This was POOR customer service. We were preparing to leave. I overheard the server, as I was leaving the restroom, talking about guests. Another poor reflection on the establishment. Another group was standing near the kitchen and stated, "20%." My friend, a former restaurant server, stated, "That's how much he's going to put on the tab for that table he's serving." I am not sure why the workers are discussing this type of information in public space.

Everything was great until our waiter disappeared. Apparently his shift was over and he left us without saying a word. A girl from the bar came over and she didn't seem to happy about it. Just thought the first waiter should have come over and told us that his shift was over and he was turning us over to someone else. I am a very big tipper so it was his loss in the end

2nd time we dined here and 2nd horrible experience. Service is terrible and food mediocre. The music was blasting and we had to ask 3 times to turn down the volume as we could hardly hear each other speak. We felt like we were eating at a fast food restaurant but paying top dollar. Not worth it. Do yourself a favor and pick another restaurant. We are frequent travelers to Chicago but will not be going back.

Food was very good. Service was excellent, very attentive server. They wanted to seat us at a small table in the open area (near the door) but I requested something quieter and they sat us in a very nice area along the wall w/ a privacy curtain (which we didn't use). We started with the Shrimp Kisses - yummy and just a little spicy (perfect!). My husband's rib eye steak was perfectly cooked. I thought the crab cakes were just a little bland on their own but their corn salsa was delicious & a perfect accompaniment. Green beans a little overcooked, but overall that didn't damage the meal in my opinion. We didn't have drinks or dessert (except coffee). We've eaten at some of the Seattle restaurants under the same ownership so we figured this to be a safe choice and would not require cocktail attire since we are not formal people. Good location for walking on our way to the theater (about 5 minute walk to the CIBC theater).

We went to celebrate getting our annual bonus, this place is great. Soft warm delicious bread. Delicious calamari. Non-alcoholic drinks were great. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Shrimp were delicious.

I used to like going to M&S, but this last experience was just ok. Our server seemed annoyed each time. Most importantly, the food wasn't that great this time. I ordered the lunch special with salmon saute and it had a strange combination of ingredients -- felt like an amateur chef tried to put it together. There were whole peanuts and raspberries, but the sauce was cream based and had asparagus. It was disappointing.

Absolutely fabulous! Sarah was a great waitress and made our experience all the better. She hit the nail on the head with her wine recommendation. Food was so tasty-such a relaxing atmosphere.

There were hardly three tables dining on a Sunday evening. Music was blaring loudly, which seemed surreal. There was a smell of spoiled oil or fish permeating the dining room and glassware. The oysters Rockefeller seemed to have frozen ingredients and s slab of American cheese, really disgusting. Salad dressing was old. The fish entree were reasonable and the waiter was trying to be nice, but by then we were asking “why did we come here?”, and surely decided never to set foot in that place again. How long can they stay in business in a city of great restaurants, even with a corporate name?

Steaks were amazing. Our waiter Diego was great. He took very good care of us. The rib eye and lobster mashed potatoes are incredible.

The food was fantastic. Best swordfish I have ever had. Oysters tasted like they were just taken from the ocean.

Excellent meal! Excellent service. We ate here two Saturdays in a row and both times everything was perfect! The Scottish salmon is the best I ever tasted.

Had dinner prior to an event at the Chicago theatre which was 2 blocks away. Dinner was perfect! I had the center cut ribeye and my wife had the crab legs. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Crab legs were open on the half shelf and fantastic. Service was good and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Atmosphere was just right.

The service was great and the food too. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. My salmon was perfectly cooked along with the stuffed shrimp and the red pepper white cheddar mash was really good. I really enjoyed the lemon butter that came with it. The desserts ( cheesecake and apple pie) were so good. You can’t go wrong with a wedge salad either. The lobster tail appetizer was good too.

So My boyfriend and I visited here for our anniversary and our waiter was terrible. My boyfriend asked the waiter about a certain food and his reply was you’re not at Denny’s. That comment made our whole experience uncomfortable. also when we got up to pay staff who were seating people were also rude. We will never return here again

Well worth it. Dinner was great!!

Excellent service! Great food! It's not cheap but it is worth the $ for that special occasion.
