We were a group of eight persons and we have been very disappointed, we have made a reservation for 10 pm and the restaurant accepted it, but at the time of our arrival the staff have told us that the kitchen was closed at 10 pm, they didn't have anything that we have asked and we were served in a hurry, maybe they wanted to leave early
Our waiter clearly didn’t want to be at the resteraunt on New Years Eve. We had an 8:45 reservation , and they closed at 10. The tables and kitchen were backed up, and we didn’t get our food till 10:05 . Valet closed at 10, so my fiancé went outside to get the keys, and got locked out. No staff was at the front to let him and several other people who had gone to get their car keys back in, so they had to wait for 5 minutes before someone from the bar finally came over. It was snowing and cold at this point. When he got back, and we had our plates, we felt rushed out. Staff was vacuuming and cleaning the floor around us as each table left, and it killed the nice atmosphere. I also didn’t get the potatoes that came with my surf and turf platter. At first the waiter apologized and said he forgot to put the order in, and if the kitchen could get it done before it was time for us to leave they would. When our check came, he told me they had run out of potatoes. It just wasn’t the kind of service and attitude we expected for spending $200 somewhere.
We enjoyed our NYE experience- Food was excellent and waitress was very good.
Very fine balanced menu with well-prepared seafood
Well meaning service, but management hinders quality of service, by not providing enough help to the primary waiter. Result of service was slow with parts of meal not being hot enough.
Waited over 30 minutes from our reservation time to be seated. Hostess was not apologetic and frazzled. Drinks we ordered never made it to our table. Leaf of the table kept falling in to my lap. When I asked Asst mgr for help he was snarky. Stuffed shrimp was cold. Instead of apologizing for the poor experience at the restaurant, the Asst manager said that they were not used to those kinds of crowds. We thought that since it was New Year's Eve they would have known what to expect and been prepared. Not impressed at all.
Would love to review it but sadly we got an email from them yesterday saying the location has closed.
I would not recommend this restaurant. My boyfriend and I came to Austin from Dallas for New Year's eve. We made reservations and when we get there, there were no tables available. Then we sit to wait on a table and the hostess forgot we were sitting there and seated many people who came after us. Then a table finally came open and we were seated near the door. it was 20 degrees outside. Being seated by the door was very uncomfortable because it was so cold. So my boyfriend and I just left.
The food was fantastic; however, the customer service was subpar. Our waitress was horrible and her skills lacking
This restaurant was fantastic!! The staff was knowledgeable and professional, the waitress was prompt and compassionate to our needs.

Brad, our server, was incredible! If you go ask for him. Food (entree and dessert) was wonderful!
We were impressed with our waiter Pedro. He knew the menu items and made some excellent suggestions. He gave us time to enjoy each course and was attentive. I will definitely be back.
This restaurant is a favorite of ours. The pasta dishes with seafood are really good as are the steaks. The atmosphere is very nice and beautiful. Love to visit. Staff is always very nice.
Food was under cooked and waiter was slow taking my order I was very disappointed over all of the service
I was most disappointed in our meal last night. Granted, it was Christmas day and the waiter explained that our champagne was delayed because there was only one bartender working. Seems to me however, that a veteran restauranteur would anticipate their customer count and staff for this. And, whereas we both ordered entrees, mine was forgotten - fortunately it turns out, as the sizes of the entrees (and most everything else on the menu) are absurdly large. Seems that M&S are part of the over 40% of food that American's throw away each year. Finally, iour waiter called me either boss or buddy, neither of which are my name. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Terrible, horrible service, food was very fair, they screwed up two of our orders. Very Bad
