Sun - Thu 4:00PM - 6:30PM 8:00PM - 10:00PM
We arrived around 5:10 PM and our reservation was at 6:30 PM. Could NOT be seated early! Was told we would get a text message when table was ready! Set at the bar area and had a light snack until 6:30 PM. We waited until 6:35 for a text that NEVER came. Thank goodness, I went to the front check-in desk to ask about our table. We were then seated in a very dark area and could hardly see menu!!! We were given bread that was not fully cooked and that was a bad sign!!! Then we were given fruit because the food was taking so long! Fruit was "not" sweet at all!!! Food arrived around 7:35 PM and had a show at 8:00PM at Phillips Arena. FOOD had NO SEASONINGS whatsoever!!! We both ordered the Mix Grill Trio!!! Cheese Mash Potatoes were ok. The SEAFOOD was "BLAND" and the other veggies on the plate were just "awlful"!!UGGG!! It was NOT at all what we expected. We would NOT recommend McCormick's to any of our friends or co-workers! What a let down for our Pre-Valentine Dinner!!!! Cost $82.96
We had table reservations for 6:30 pm but was not seated until 7:10 pm. When we received our meals the entrees were extremely cold. Each order was sent back to have the meal heated. After twenty minutes the waitress returned to explain the plates would be out in 5 minutes. After fifteen minutes passed our food was brought to us and again the food was cold. This is total not acceptable from a 4.5 star restaurant. Because other events where going on downtown the restaurant needs to be aware to employ more staff to handle the crowd overflow.
Even though we had a reservation at 6:15pm we had to wait until 7:44pm to be seated. The waiter showed up and took the order around 7:00pm - The food arrived at 7:38pm after speaking to the manager. I was very disappointing since we had to rush to eat to attend a event at 8pm at Phillips Arena. We arrived late to the event, because of the wait at the restaurant. I myself would not recommend or am planning on returning to this establishment.
Great food, great atmosphere and great staff - Absolutely love this restaurant!
I had the best server ever, her name was Misty. She was attentive and interactive. She even recommended the best non alcoholic drinks for me to try. I will definitely visit this location again and ask for Misty.
The steaks were over priced although they were GOOD 😊....$3.50 for sweet tea was a bit much....No alcoholic drinks on tab but 5 meals came to $242.00!
Food was awesome, waiter was on point & restaurant was clean .
Salmon was “not fresh” And smelled very fishy. While i was given another piece that was prepared to my satisfaction, receiving the first bad piece dampened the overall experience for me.
Wonderful service. Our waitress Shinya was amazing. Lovely spot for an early weeknight business meeting.
Ordered my ribeye medium well and it was cooked perfectly. Still juicy and cooked throughly. My wife had the Alaskan crab legs and she said they were great as well and the Mojito was perfect!!!
We were a large group of 7 and were given a secluded table, which was perfect! We were able to hear and enjoy great conversations before, during and after dinner! The ambiance was perfect and our waitress (I cannot recall her name!) was outstanding ... and this was her first night serving at the restaurant! Wonderful experience from beginning to end!
Food was good. Service started out excellent but that ended up being very slow afterwards. Questioned the waitress about the raw oysters (two options) told her which ones I wanted and upon their arrival, received the the wrong ones. After my complaint, the manager came in advised that they would bring the correct ones which they did, after a while. We were there over an hour and had only received our drinks and appetizer. Very disappointed with the cost of the special. The waitress outlined what the specials were, however, she failed to mention that each individual item included on the plate was à la carte. As a result the overall cost was much more than anticipated and very disappointing.
The food was fantastic. My fiance and I came for my birthday. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again.
The food and service was wonderful. My husband and I will definitely dine here again.
They placed us in a private dining room that worked great for our business meeting!
Put that in reservation but it was never mentioned by server.
Loud , slow food service, drink order wrong each time.
Will not return or recommend.
Food was cold, steak undercooked, no appetizer plates
Had a Bone -in Ribeye Special topped with a crab cake and sauteed shrimp.
Along with blue point oysters on the half shell.
I had a 12:30PM reservation that was confirmed both by the restaurant two days prior and me the day before.
I arrived 10 minutes before the appointed reservation. My guest arrived 5 minutes before the reserved time. We did not get seated until 35 minutes after the reserved time. To add to my disappointment, the noise level was so high the we could not hold a civil conversation.
McCormick and Schmick's Atlanta will not see me again.
Front desk service extremely poor (both on phone and in person)
Perhaps the worst service I've ever had in a full serve restaurant!!
Very poor service and rude staff. Food is just average.
The food was good, as always, but the service was terrible. I had lunch reservations for 6 people but due to extremely slow service 3 members in my group had to leave before their orders were delivered. Because of this I paid for 6 meals with only three people left at the table.
Must try wasabi mashed potatoes!! Oysters were fantastic also.
Went to M&S for lunch. Surprised they do not have a lunch menu so had to order a dinner. Disappointed that they had not lunch menu.
The food was really good and portions were perfect. Service was great. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu , making great suggestions.
Excellent service and fantastic food. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!!
My son was gracious enough to treat me for my birthday. I am glad we chose McCormick & Schmick's. The service was excellent, especially since we came at a very busy time. We also enjoyed the food and being able to carry a conversation without yelling.
Great bar food and service The bar is a nice place to eat and enjoy happy hour as happy hour is not available in dining room
The bar was crowded and limited participation in dining room Seem to be a lot of wasted space since there are no bargains offered in dining room
My birthday night was memorable and I look forward to returning, especially for $2 Taco Tuesday's.
Very long wait time to even get some drinks at the table. Extremely slow service, although the restaurant was not crowded. When finally the Entrees arrived, they had run out of tableware. They had to clean some knives in the kitchen first. It took so long that we shared one knife - we were a table of 8. Very unpleasant experience.
This restaurant chain has generally been very consistent. I've visited the restaurant in locations in Maryland and Massachusetts on numerous occasions, and found the seafood to be consistently well prepared and the service staff well trained.
Good service, nice atmosphere
We had an excellent birthday dinner and experience. The steaks were cooked perfectly the first time. Main dinning room music selection was odd, didn’t seem to match the mood. Kitchen can be a little slow.
Nice resturant but Im big on my food being hot especially if Im paying $30 a plate. Nothing on our plates was hot it was barely warm.
Parking across the street was $20. Arrived at 3pm for a late lunch. The place was not full, and they appeared sufficiently staffed. Finally served food at 4pm. Had calamari, flounder, sea bass and kid’s shrimpkins. All the fried food had a strange after taste. My kid and mom couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Mint cucumber lemonade was delicious. That and the sourdough bread were all we liked. Sea bass was just ok. Everyone was nice but incredibly slow. Hot plates were placed in front of my toddler. I know it’s not the best choice to bring a toddler, but Oceanaire did such a great job with him and I thought this place would be better since it’s more casual. My bill was wrong but they fixed it. What a disappointing birthday. I tried to appear to enjoy it because my mom wanted to pay. 1 appetizer, 2 lunch entrees, a kid’s meal, two nonalcoholic drinks -$80. I don’t mind spending, but the food wasn’t good!
We love this restaurant!! I had the bourbon glazed salmon and it was amazing!! The service was great as always! We will be back for sure.
I really enjoyed my experience here! The food was amazing and the staff was just as amazing! I had the shrimp Mac and cheese it was soo good!
