SLOW SLOW SLOW service. More than 10 minutes for a glass of water and initial engagement with server. Food, don't get the Tuna - old and terrible. Steaks mediocre on Filet. Strip was decent. For a steak and seafood nice place, the experience was a let down. Won't be back. You would expect for the location, price and fact it wasn't overcrowded they would have a manager who actually ensured service was exceptional.

We were a very large party, and we practically had to beg to be less individually. At one point we were ready to leave because it seem to be too difficult for the restaurant to handle. Other than that it was a lovely evening.

Our dining experience was mixed. The food was delicious, however our server was the worst. After being seated we waited several minutes for her to address our table. Seeing that the restaurant was quite busy, we went ahead and placed our appetizer, drink and dinner order. We had to wait a considerable amount of time before she brought us water and bread. Her absence and delay with delivering our food made for a most unpleasant dining experience.Several patrons seated after us had completed their meal well ahead of our food being delivered.

We ended up leaving without ordering or eating because we waited a while, but a waitress/waiter never came to greet us or take our order. The menu also did not have many selections that seemed particularly appetizing. We won’t be back.

The location keeps you coming back but the timeliness and service makes you stay away. Good location for when going to a nearby show at Mercedes Dome or State Farm Arena. But always seems like the restaurant is unprepared for a big show or large crowd. Foods okay but after unorganized entry, it’s often hard to concentrate on the food. If you go, lower your expectations for a great experience.

Our server lied about upwelling us in more than one item. She offered sparkling water or “flat” water. We said flat thinking ice water. She brought a large bottle of a brand name flat water. We questioned it and she said she would remove it. When we ordered our meal we wanted to share a side. She broke guy both of our plates with the same side (it was not split). She said all steaks come with that side. When I pushed she admitted that it was an up charge. Pie steaks were over cooked and when we finally got the corrected steak they didn’t come with the mushroom and onion we ordered. When the bill came she had charged us for 2 sides. I have eaten at this restaurant before with a good experience. This was terrible service and food quality.

Reservation for 8:45p, which upon arrival, only 3 other tables occupied. We were seated promptly…it was called one of the best tables….aisle table in path of wait staff, but that was no issue. They were all gathered in the bar having a chatter party. After 12 minutes no one addressed the table. Finally a young lady came over and asked if we had been attended to. We advised no and she advised she would find the wait staff for that section. Another 3 minutes pasted and we departed the restaurant after complete ignoring. We were stopped and advised someone would be with us shortly but the time had been wasted and we departed NEVER to return. Fine dining at its worst.

3 out 4 very delicious meal, unfortunately my daughters meal was very salty (salmon). The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very welcoming. The price belong with $$$ instead of the $$ its labeled on, most meals were over $30. Id definitely visit again...

Started bad and ended bad , but the food was good. Doors were locked when we showed for our 9:00 reservation, two of the party were there so we couldn’t be seated. Certainly did not feel welcome. Food was excellent , waitress was good. We wanted a drink for “dessert” but were told bar was closed. The Atlanta M&S not the good overall experience as the Anchorage M&S

Good service, excellent food! Calamari was fresh and crispy with a nice kick from the sauce. C.A.B. Sirloin was cooked perfectly with a nice crust and full of flavor. Mashed Potatoes were creamy and smooth. Apple pie was delicious! Cool private rooms.

Great server - terrible food - ordered the clam chowder ( not at the right temp) dining partners salad came out 10 minutes later - 5 after that cocktails finally arrived - I ordered the fried shrimp w fries - fries were room temp , drowned in old bay seasoning and were old , shrimp were not only over cooked but you could tell had been held under the lamp too long - soggy and old - I’ll skip this place next time ( server was great ! Why didn’t we complain? Our Rez was at 6 we had a concert at 7 - food finally came out at 6:50 - complaining woulda made us even later - this used to be a good choice for dinner

We had a 7:30 pm dinner reservation. Our order was taken and then the waitress disappeared. I never received my appetizer and my dinner was cold when it finally arrived. The waitress stated that she was going to get the manager. The manager finally came to our table after we waited for a half an hour and had to tell another waiter to get her. My family had finished their meals by the time the manager arrived. She then asked me what can she do. By this time I told her that nothing could be done. As I mentioned earlier the dinner was cold and the fish was tough and overcooked. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also they have no parking so we had to pay $30 for public parking.

Took forever for my guests and I to be checked in. We had ti go find a hostess.The food was good but it was very small portions for the amount of money we paid. The “bread machine” was down! (That’s what the staff told me) My server was great, Asia did a great job in making sure my oversized party was accommodated. Drinks were magnificent and you’ll definitely feel the buzz. I give it a 4 1/2 on the scale from 1-10.
