Food was terrible! I have been here years ago, and it was very good. On this visit, the quality of the food was poor.
Andrew, Our Bartender, LeAnn our Server, Richard the Maitre'D, and the VIP placard on our Draped Booth Table made it ONE OF THE TOP TEN EVENINGS OUT TO DATE!!

I read Yelp reviews and most people complained about the service and this was true. We did not get water for about 10 minutes, our server did not write our order down and said he was ready to take it, he came back about 10 minutes later to confirm an incorrect ordet.Someone else brought our food and was more attentive despite almost hitting me in the head with a bowl of sauteed mushrooms. The restaurant was not crowded enough for this kind of wait time. Food was great, but I don't think I'll be going back.
The seating was great. Service was excellent. The Lobster Tails were mushy and tasteless and the Ahi was too thinly cut. It is our 2nd time at this location and overall a disappointment . After all the expectation for a Landry's restaurant excellence.
Honestly, we don't do "chains" often. However, I am a Concierge at a nearby resort, and since I send guests here when our 'nice' restaurants are not available - I thought, "Why not try it for ourselves?"
Well, "Thank you very much!" is what I'll start with. Kayla is everything I ever hope for in a server. I mean, everything. (No, we're not related!) There was not one moment during our time at the table that I thought 'huh, really?' and that's unusual for me. Her manner, etiquette, courteoussness, knowledge of the menu, recommendations, impeccable. I mean, I was up against the window/wall of a booth or I would've fallen out of my chair when she used a cocktail napkin as she brought us an unwrapped straw for a beverage!!!!! Some may think that's no big deal, or may not have even noticed the act. In my book, that's HUGE!
Kudos to the back of house, too. Do you have a team of polishers? Since we had that window seat, it was obvious how clean and sparkly everything was. Glasses, flatware, dishes... such a treat. Let's not forget to mention that, again Fabulous Kayla, not once served a glass while touching the top of it! 😇
If we leave one piece of advice, it would be for the hostess area. We were greeted quite nicely by two lovely ladies as we arrived. They dove into their discussion as to where to seat us. A third showed up and listened in. It was not until a 4th hostess came along that she took the reigns and got us seated. It was just a few awkward moments, and nothing that would ever keep me from referring guests or coming back myself.

Food was very good, coconut shrimp was fantastic the vinaigrette salad and clam chowder were to die for asw as the scallops were fantastic.

Due to it being Mother’s Day the service was extremely SLOW. We sat at our table for 2 hours between the salad and the rest of our meals were served. Our server was very busy but friendly. The food was very good and the extras for Mother’s Day were nice. I enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries and the roses to take home was a nice finish. Once we received our meal the food was delicious. Perhaps it would be better to eat there on a day other than Mother’s Day.
The food was excellent, but we were seated outside in the hot sun. The service was very slow - nice, but not very efficient.
I would still recommend the restaurant, but not if one is in any sort of hurry!
Our waiter was the best. He was very attentive and made all of our food modifications possible! Even the hostess was excellent. We arrived at 1030 and stayed for two hours with no rushand nothing but respect. Definitely recommend.
It was a Saturday Night and surprising *SLOW*...Not a very big crowd at our 9:00PM Reservation...so my *SPECIAL* Date and I decided to sit/eat at the BAR instead of our normal "DRAPPED BOOTH"> We were thoroughly entertained by the Two (2) Bartenders...Both named ANDREW altho one of them...That was his middle name. We ordered light (24 Oysters) and a Ceasear Salad and I had brought a CAB SAV from my APPLE EXEC friend's winery. They waived the Corkage Fee and we had THE BEST TIME.....I consider this Restaurant our "GO TO PLACE" for ANY OCCASION!!!
Our food was bland, the flavor I was expecting in my risotto was missing, my fish was extremely under seasoned. My husbands steak was tough and also under seasoned. Wait time to order was extremely long. We won’t be going back.
Service was not so good. Food is very good but to pricey.

We had reservations at 6:45 pm on a Friday night for 5. Welcome staff was very pleasant and welcoming as she checked us in and took us to our seating. Wife ordered the rib eye steak, and I had the Sea Bass, both dishes were great. Our server was ok just did what he needed to do (take our order, bring out our food) he was lacking in anticipating our needs at time and he didn't fill up our water. Overall it was good experience but the server could have made it great.
Our server saved the experience. The salads and steaks were outstanding, drinks quite weak and crab legs were awful. Our server was gracious as was the manager. They’re in the process of resourcing their crab legs. Before you order it, ask if your server would recommend it.
We would return.
Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Went there with a birthday credit from Landry's and it was nice to have the manager come out to great us. Ordered desert and was pleasantly surprised when the bill came and the desert was comped as a birthday gift.
For the price of the meat dishes, it would be nice if you included a potato choice.
Service was good,ordered Seabass didn’t melt in my mouth! Crab legs were great! Ultimate Seafood plate was great! Caesar Salad was not good! Had great customer service!
Horrible service. The restaurant was nearly empty so there were really no excuses. Our drinks took over 15 minutes to be brought to us. The server was so unfriendly, he maybe said 20 words to us the whole time. We noted on our Open Table reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. The server never asked us about the birthday and whispered let me know if you want desserts when he dropped the. We pretty much added our card to the bill folder within seconds. Over twenty minutes later I had to take the bill to the bar to pay it. The food was good but I’ll never go back because of the service.
Our server was excellent. Great mix of excellent food and a reasonably priced kids menu. Overall a great experience

We did have an issue with a Tuna dish. The lunch menu did not state that the tuna was coated with a spicy coating. It was too spicy for the person that ordered it. This was a business lunch with customers.
Every one else loved their meal, including myself.

Good selection of entrees, comfortable, friendly & competent service. We've eaten at this restaurant in other cities and find it very reliable.
Our waitress that evening was bey knowledgeable. However, she was extremely loud and her tone was very condescending. I would definitely go back to that location as long as we had a different waitress.
My family comes often for celebrations and holidays. The food has always been delicious. I had the Alaska Halibut with mushroom risotto and it was fantastic!
The steak was nice and tasty. The vegetables came out burnt twice. The lobster mashed potatoes were tasteless.
We were rewarded free deserts. Our apple pie desert was excellent.
It was Easter Sunday. Restaurant was not crowded but service was not great. Food tasted very good but portions were very skimpy. My elderly dad doesn’t eat large meals and even he was still hungry after a cup of soup and the crab cakes Benedict. Likely won’t return.
This was and amazing place they had no problem moving us to a new table that for us better our server was amazing food was fantastic I recommend this place 5star to us will be going back again for sure
Food was nice but the restaurant is huge and you don’t exactly get the personal feeling expected for the price and quality of food.
I might recommend it to someone stuck in Anaheim. I liked the server a lot and she brought me a perfect martini. A lobster bisque had good flavor but way overdone bits of lobster meat. Halibut was cooked perfectly but the sauce was overbearing (big chunks of barely cooked garlic) and the risotto was gummy. I scraped the sauce off and enjoyed the fish. Two bites of the risotto was more than enough. The restaurant had a pleasant enough corporate chain atmosphere.
Table was ready at reserved time. Excellent menu, good wine selection, excellent service

Also, the cocktails which they pride themselves for were not that great. The pear martini was too sweet and lacked any kick. The margarita was so-so and also lacked a kick.
Great service and ambiance but the food and drink needs an overhaul. I will not be returning.

I want to commend the lady manager who came over to ran the hostess desk. The two young hostesses were inept, not making eye contact or servicing incoming customers. The manager processed all of us about fifteen reservations promptly. Then our delightful waitress kailie? Turned our frustrations into a delightful dining experience!

Nice place, convenient walk to the restaurant from the Marriott/Convention Center. Service was great.
