half chicken served with mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy
We loved brunch at McClintock’s! It’s such a cute place and the food was delicious.
Food was delicious, however the server never refilled waters and was not informed about the food or drink menus. Reservation service was great and table was available.
Everything was great!
Nothing special and the menu did not match the dinner choices listed on their website
It was a great experience with an excellent steak and sides. The appetizer crab cake was amazing. We had the apple pie dessert and it was pretty good as well, not my favorite. Everything else was top notch.
We've been to McClintocks several times and it's always great!
We absolutely love this place. This is a must visit! Food, service and people are awesome. This place is a hidden gem.....if you haven't visited for at least brunch then you're missing out!!
The service was outstanding as was the food. Best steak I had in a long time. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.
Wonderful food! Excellent service Saturday night at 6;00 1/30/3021
Our reservation was available immediately upon arrival. Our waitstaff was slow and lacked any sense of urgency. Our appetizers shared amongst the table were frog legs and steak nachos. The frog legs were hot, tasty, crispy - just great. The steak nachos were the complete opposite. Cold steak, all cheese sauce was on the bottom of the plate and not clinging to any chip. The large pile of onions on the top of the nachos were far from caramelized and so therefore cold almost raw onions.
We had high hopes for our dinner entrees. The filet, ordered medium, was brought out rare. However, the seer and flavor was great. The au gratin potato’s were good. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried quail were also enjoyed. Just lackluster for $130.
Excellent steaks and Monte Cristo sandwiches delish! Fried avocados-- the bomb! Fun atmosphere!! We enjoyed learning the history of the place! Everyone in our group enjoyed it!! Will come again!
Have eaten at Cattleman's many time when passing through OKC, thought we would try McClintocks around the corner for the 1st time on the way to the airport.
The saloon looks incredible but the service and food were way off on this day. Service was low and after 45 min our food showed up and the waitress took off. No salt pepper or syrup for our food. No drink refills. Cattleman's won't be passed up again!
Food was not as good as the first time we were there.
awesome place we will go back again and again nice palce
Service is always impeccable there! Bison strip was cooked perfectly and cocktails were amazing. I have never had a bad experience here.
Best Prime Rib and the drinks were perfect
The dessert was delightful too
Everything was great!! We will definitely be back!!
Food was excellent but service was not good and took forever to get our food and drinks.
The atmosphere was great. What you would expect from a steakhouse located in the Stockyard area of OKC. Our service was friendly and our appetizers and side dishes were delicious. However our steaks were terrible. We ordered ribeyes. Both medium. Mine was difficult to chew and the opposite of tender. My husband's ribeye was slightly better however it was mostly fat. Not the balance of marble a good ribeye should have. Not worth the price at all. I've had better steaks at sushi restaurants.
We ordered off the lunch menu and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was great as well.
Service was excellent. Food was good, however, the steak was a little over cooked/dry. This was my first time there. I will give it another try.
Had 6o’clock reservations. Walked in and was seated immediately. Started with the jumbo shrimp then ordered the lamb ribs, smoked ribeye, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The mashed potatoes definitely needed some salt but overall the food was phenomenal. Happy with the service and quality of the food. Will most definitely be back.
So sad. This place has the potential to be great, but the service was slow and bad. I had to ask four times for a drink menu. Some of our party ordered soft drinks, which came in a can ($2) or a bottle ($3.25) with NO refills. I’m sorry, but it’s not worth paying $42 for a filet at a place where you can’t get a refill on a soft drink. We tried to order a starter, but they were out of steak nachos— at a steakhouse! The food tasted ok but not worth the price. Steaks ordered were decent. I ordered an extra side and they put it on my husband’s plate. He had the rack of lamb which was bland with no taste. Too many issues for us to be returning customers.
Nice dining experience! Delicious Food and Great service.
Great food. Loved our experience. Would recommend to a friend for sure!
Had a great time
We ordered the crab cake, crab and avocado stack and deviled eggs. All were good. I ordered the filet and scalloped potatoes. They were both excellent. The ribeyes were pretty fatty, but some of that can be expected with the cut of meat. The creamed spinach was served cold. We tried to order desserts, but they were sold out of Creme' Brulle'. We did notice all the other tables had rolls and we were not offered rolls with our meals. Overall good meal.
Food was terrible
Had an online reservation at 730
Got there 5 min previous
Place was almost completely empty except the bar.
We received our food after 900pm
We were starving and tired and food was just edible
Great food, nice atmosphere and excellent service from Zach
they should give an option of a table or booth for a couple before seating.
Our first time there and was truly a treat. Service and food were both great.
Thanksgiving day dinner. Steak was great. Ham and turkey dinners were set menu, Luke warm and average at best.
A step into the days of the old west. Food, service, drinks and atmosphere was great! We will return.
Our waitress was a bit distracted the whole time. Seemed pricey for the amount of food. Ordered a mixed drink and it was way too strong to even drink. Overall the food was good
This place has the potential to be fantastic. The menu and atmosphere were great. Drinks at the bar were wonderful and the staff there was very helpful. Got to our reservation early so we could have drinks at the bar. The bartender kept telling us if we wanted to get our table early, to just let him know. 20 min before our reservation we let him know, but then had to wait for a table after our reservation time by about 10 min. The waiter was always around, but was never truly present. We had to flag him down anytime we wanted another drink or even wanted to order. The food came out hardly warm as if it had been sitting for awhile. The rack of lamb would have been wonderful had it been hot. The bones were not even warm to the touch when it came out. The sirloin was medium well as ordered, however, it wasn't hot either. The mac-n-cheese was great but the mash potato's seemed like instant. I want to try McClintock's again in hopes that we weren't there on just an off night. For $200 tab, we should have left with better positives than the saloon atmosphere and mac-n-cheese.
Expected way more flavor from a filet of this price. I don't mind to pay big for a good steak but this was flavorless. My husband's ribeye had a little better flavor. Disappointed in the taste and that's what draws us back.
I love McClintock’s! The food was amazing and our waiter was the greatest
Food was cold, service was horrible. Took 25 minutes just to get a drink menu, another 15 minutes for a glass of tea. A hour later our food was finally served with the meat cold. Then another 35 minutes for the manager to finally come over. Won't be back.
Birthday for my husband.
