Service was horrible. Obviously no management of the wait staff as they were bickering amongst them selves and that spilled over to the customers. No water refills. My food came 15 minutes before my husbands. Has to wait for the check because neither of the two servers bickering over our table were not attentive

Dinner was very enjoyable. The server was very prompt and professional. The food was very good. It was a bit noisy but not due to the establishment, rather a table of patrons sitting down from us. They were quite noisy. Overall, a very good dinner out!

The food was amazing, the service was excellent. Our one and only complaint is that they originally sat us under a vent that appeared to have mold on it. My fiancé and I are both very sensitive to things like that and were quickly congested and sneezing. We asked to be moved and they graciously accommodated the change. The sommelier recommended an excellent wine for us and even gave us a discount when the wine we chose was out of stock. The desserts were fantastic and I probably had one of the best Old Fashioned’s that I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Food was absolutely perfect. We loved our server, Aricia. My only complaint is that it’s so quiet in there that you can hear every table’s conversations. I didn’t feel comfortable knowing the table next to us could hear every word I said. But man, the food and the service make it worth it. So good!

We had a wonderful experience at McClain's Steakhouse. We were seated promptly, and the service was excellent throughout the entire meal. For appetizers, we selected fried green tomatoes. The cracker crust was just the right breading for a crispy, delicious flavoring. Then the fried tomatoes were topped with a dollop of pimento cheese and a slice of tasso. Then there's a comeback sauce that finishes the dish. Simply Delicious. I highly recommend this appetizer. But there's more. The steaks were cooked to perfection, just as we ordered, and the entire meal was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a cozy and comfortable restaurant for our special celebration evening.

This was our first time dining at McClain’s and we really enjoyed. The prime rib special was hearty and flavorful and my wife had the sirloin and really enjoyed it. Although the kitchen was backed up, the pace of the meal was good and our server was attentive. We will be back for more visits in the future!

Our evening began with the fabulous Staff at McClains. Our waitress answered all of our questions.The seating was perfect and the ambiance was fantastic. We have dined in the buffet area several times and each time we said we would have to try the steakhouse, well, we did and it was more than a nice meal, it was fantastic. Waitress talked very loudly across restaurant to other patrons, right next to our table. After our food was served, we were NEVER asked if we needed anything else. Waitress never came back until she brought the check. Forks and knives were laid on the bare table, not on a napkin. Cheese dip was excellent, but the rest of the food was just okay. Way too overpriced for this experience. This restaurant is advertised as intimate and service that rivals all others. We went here for our 30th anniversary and were very disappointed. We will not recommend and don’t intend to return. We wanted something special for our anniversary and this definitely did not deliver.

The new menu looks great and the choices we make last night were great. The shrimp and grits was really good and the double pork chop never fails to deliver great taste. Both the southern board and crab beignets were also spot on as appetizers.

The food and service were great! Will be back to eat. Will skip the drinks. Alcohol was very much over priced. Definitely the highest priced drinks I have paid for in the Metro area. Not worth it. But with that said, the food alone is worth coming for.

My ribeye was very good but my wife's filet was incredible. It melts in your mouth and is extremely tender. The bread pudding was delicious and the portion is large enough for two and almost three.

We had a wonderful visit!! McClain’s has a wonderful appetizer special crab cakes which is just delicious. The steaks were tender and juicy - divine! We all shared the cheesecake and bread pudding and they were great. We will return soon!
