mbar is a modern restaurant with stunning views of South Lake Union and the Seattle skyline. We are proud to feature a dynamic contemporary art collection, cuisine showcasing the exceptional talent of Chef Alexus Williams paired with kind and warm service.

mbar begins in the foyer of 400 Fairview at Ground Control. A host will check you in and then a private elevator whisks you up to the 14th floor to begin your mbar experience.

Overall fine experience, but disappointing for the price point. The view and the scenery were lovely. The drinks were delicious but overpriced and the food was good. I was disappointed with the quality of service for the price point. We made a reservation weeks in advance and weren’t brought to our table until 15-20 minutes later.

Food is good. Service is very good. If it's summer and you're seated outside, it's unbeatable. But we were seated inside - no view, fairly loud music. The experience would have been wonderful at an outside table.

I have been here before and enjoyed the views, food, and overall ambiance. This current visit exceeded expectations with our server Luciano being the best server going above and beyond. The food was spectacular and the wine was chefs kiss. Looking forward to returning very soon.
