Our second visit to The Maya; first time was that great! This time around we still enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere, but the service was lacking just a bit. It was all a bit surprising and disappointing given the restaurant was not that crowded. We would still go back for the food and drinks, but probably hope for different servers.

What a brunch!!! Best in NYC hands down. Ended up have 14 courses along with mimosas and margaritas. DJ spinning tunes. Perfect way to spend our 28th anniversary on a beautiful NYC Labor Day weekend. Thanks Fernanda!

Our food was very good. The lobster empanadas are to die for and the mole was really good. Service was sporadic and seemingly inattentive. We had to ask for everything over the hour of our visit.

We had the traditional guacamole and the corn appetizer. Both were excellent. They took our dinner order right away and I was worried our entrees would come out too soon, but service is so attentive that it came out with perfect timing.
