The server was lovely - pleasant and friendly. We ordered wine and waited quite a while … our apps came before the wine. (The restaurant was not crowded.) the food was good. My steak was over cooked based on how I ordered it. Tuna crudo was very good. The dessert orange, gentle flavor, panna cotta with granola was delicious. It was worth the $40.23 because it was restaurant week - regular pricing I would not pay.

The round table we had was excellent for conversation. The lighting was good too. all 5 of us enjoyed our meals. Food pricing was reasonable, it was Restaurant Week. Interesting that draft beer was not available. A glass of wine was beyond my budget. Nevertheless I definitely recommend MAYA.

Had a great dinning experience during restaurant week. Enjoyed the prefix dinner and sampled most of the items. Our server was awesome and we enjoyed quiet meal for our anniversary.

Evening started out very bad with my reservation being canceled an hour and a half before it had been confirmed 3 times. With that said, the owner came through with a good solution. I was offered private dining in restaurant next door that was closed. Owner also offered me free appetizer and dessert to make up for reservation mishap. In the end, I was very pleased with service, and food.

Beautiful view of the boardwalk and ocean. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. We were disappointed with the selection of local beers considering there are so many local breweries in the area. My cocktail was very strong so I couldn't finish it. We had a nice meal but it's not someplace I would run back to.

Nice oceanfront restaurant but Food and service need improvement here. Had the meatballs and boy did they look delish but we were disappointed as they were room temp to a touch of coolness but for whatever the reason, the dishware was piping hot. We were famished so we did not send back but we did inform the server that the meatballs were not hot and she mentioned that she would let the them know (who, I don't know). The oysters were good but could have been a few degrees colder. We also had the Burrata/eggplant caponata. The burrata was very good and the eggplant was okay. Lastly we had the Cacio Pepe Tagliatelle. I've never had a cacio pepe the way it was prepared at Maya. It was saucy and it could have passed for anything coming from a jar. Not what I expected at all. We had the olive cake with supposedly blood orange gelato but they served a raspberry gelato not the blood orange gelato. Sent that back and got the blood orange but it seemed freezer burned and hard like a block of ice and nothing close to gelato. The olive cake was three small pieces of muffin with a dip in it for some jelly of sort which I informed the server that we would not have an jelly. The olive cake or muffin lacked taste, moisture and seemed to have been sitting out as they were a bit stale. The servers were nice but very slow to non-attentive. Food were brought out without any flatware or napkins to dine with and server had to be reminded. We were excited about dining at this restaurant but we were a disappointed.

Although the atmosphere is very pretty, the food was less than par. Pasta tasted like boxed cheese. Drinks were watered down. Very disappointed.

Thank you Open Table for a completely random choice that worked. Maya was wonderful and it was a quiet Friday night so we enjoyed the ambience, the food was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you chef!

Paul was great, our host. Oysters were superb. Cacio e pepe was OK but bland. Ambience was fine. It’s an indoor-outdoor setup within a hotel. Not bad overall but not exceptional, either. As far as the restaurants accessible nearby, it’s a good choice.

Food was good overall. The fruit salad was delicious fish was a little over cooked. My husband said the bolognese was just ok, but his Mediterranean salad was very good. Our waitress was on top of everything and very good. The do charge you a $2 up charge for bread per person. You get two pieces each. The bread was very good, but this is the first restaurant I have been to that charges you for bread. Maybe they should not offer, but if people ask then serve and just give one piece each. Just a thought.

Food is ok (salmon was under-seasoned); service is weak- server gave no information regarding meals or sides and basically was “ghost” at the end of the meal; no bread for the table; water is warm. Great location but bad parking and high energy, but many servers/staff milling around with nothing to do. FYI - $10 parking available in a gravel lot past the restaurant. Found that out after the fact!

We LOVED the lamb lollipops, Mediterranean salad, tuna crudo, branzino, and honey/orange panna cotta! The cocktail was very small for the price, but the service was excellent.

Service was horrendous, you keep waiting for the waitress for a long time. Even worse she sees you're calling her but she does't come. She took my drink while I wasn't paying attention and she never even asked if I want another one (she took while eating apps early on) and when I told her, she said she didn't know, well thats why you should ask when you are picking it up and you don't pick it up without asking. Couple of decent apps but the main entrees were below average at best. The fillet mignon was well done when I asked for medium and my daughters Salmon was horrible.

Fun place with a Miami Beach vibe on summer evenings. Hummus was excellent, as was the stone fruit salad and Tuna crudo. Branzino was very good as well.

Maya is a part of wave resort. Location is beautiful, staff is very attentive and friendly. But the food did not meet the expectations. If you are taking about Mediterranean food I did not feel the taste. Salmon was very dry and bitter taste(top was burn). Lamb loly pop same. Eggplant Burrata the bread was hard and kind of burn. It is ok to eat here but don’t except too much. We seat outside but inside did not feel like they had air conditioning turn on.

Absolutely loved MAYA the staff was attentive and friendly and very accommodating! Went for my bday dinner and pushed all the tables together so we can enjoy a 10 person brunch. The food and drinks was absolutely delicious as well

We were very excited to come for date night with our friends but we’re let down by the food flavors. Overall a gorgeous space with amazing location and views but the first clue was the missing host and apparent chaos at the restaurant. We ordered apps -crab cakes and octopus was over cooked and rubbery. Dinner entrees were rigatoni (bland and missing any exciting flavors) Cacio y Pepe (2 orders) tasted horrible- Alfredo sauce from a jar, a side of dry chicken and rubbery shrimp. The only tasty dish was my wife’s branzino. The server was extremely nice and apologized the food didn’t live up to the expectations nor prices. We’re hoping the kitchen and staff gets it together as the vibe is super cool.

Service got screwed up but it happens so i’ll skip that. Positives: Great place to hang out, energetic and good crowd Negatives: the food! Hummus taste very bitter Burrata w eggplant caponata had a weird after taste Eggplant parm had no flavor Organic chicken was just ok Had a few other dishes that were just ok. If they can step up the game on good this could be an amazing place. I would go back and give it another try.
