Waitress didn’t care is was a Birthday celebration. Rushed us to take wine order. Leaned over the table as if she was bored!!! Went because it was on Diner, drive ins and dives. Don’t bother going. Find another local place...,don’t waste your money

My wife and I chose Maxwell's the night before the Salt Lake City Marathon because we wanted pasta and it was walking distance from our hotel. The food and atmosphere were fine, but when you order a pasta dish that is all you get. I thought we'd at least get some bread, maybe something to dip the bread, and maybe even a salad. Nope. The service was ok and they called me a few hours before my reservation to confirm. If you are in the area and want Italian it's fine, but I wouldn't make a special trip.

Our server was great, but the kitchen messed up our order in a couple of ways. Felt like the manager should have done more to correct and smooth over the situation.

Great location and for atmosphere. Chicken parmigiana great! Eggplant parmigiana over fried and no significant eggplant taste or texture. Just too overdone .

Maxwells has amazing food. I would recommend the original philly but anything on the menu is probably awesome. My husband really loved the chicken pasta with Mom mom’s sauce. The only downfall to our visit was they were out of 3 different drink choices. For a Friday night during March Madness that was hard to believe. Could have just been an off night.
