While Wine Dive Fort Worth is a smaller-than-most restaurant and doesn’t have a private room, we can accommodate cocktail-style events. And on certain nights, portions of the dining area (or even the entire restaurant) can be dedicated to private events.View Private Dining Details
God, they replaced great chefs with a good looking woman that didn't know how to cook or manage. Thank God they found Chef Chris! After 7 months we're back and happy! You'll love this place!
We always have loved this place as a date night. It's intimate, the food served are Southern Staples with an amazing artistic flare, delicious and unexpected. My husband is celiac and the GF fried chicken is a fun and delicious treat each time paired with a champagne flight or two ;-)
Great service, phenomenal food, exquisite wine list!
I always enjoy MAX’s, the food is very good. It was a crowed Sunday so service was somewhat slow but once our order was placed the food arrived quickly. I will continue to eat here.
Amazing food and great wine! Our server was awesome! We’ll definitely be back!!
They should not serve Duck! They don’t know how to cook it!
Wonderful service! Shrimp and grits were fantastic. Chicken was rubbery and skin kept falling off.
Food was ok, mind was cold. Husband expected more of the “famous” fried chicken, he said it was meh. May or may not return.
Max's Wine Dive is one of my favorite restaurants in the Fort Worth area! It was first and only choice for my birthday/Easter dinner! They have an excellent selection of wine and the fried chicken is to die for!
Had a great brunch & we will definitely do it again! My husband was very impressed with the menu....we had one of the omelets & the flavors were wonderful!
First visit and absolutely love this place! All of the staff were great and the whole atmosphere is really cool. Food was delicious! Definitely a new favorite and can't wait to visit again!
Great service and great wine and enjoyed sitting on the patio. Loved that we didn't feel rushed. The bleu cheese dip was phenomenal!
Great location, excellent food and quaint decor. Will definitely be back!!!
First time at Max’s. What great food and service!! Both incredible! Would definitely recommend this place! And we will be back...one of our new favorites
Went there because it was highly rated on one of the sites (Yelp or OpenTable). At any rate, it exceeded my expectations. The service was great and the food was delicious. I know this is my new favorite place for brunch on Saturdays and/or Sundays!
Went to Max’s to have brunch for my birthday. The staff was friendly and accommodating as usual. The food was sinfully delicious and the mimosas were bubbly. This place is cool and definitely a West 7th favorite.
Great evening on a rainy night . Great service
We love visiting here regularly and appreciate the seasonal changes to the menu. Our server on this visit was Dalton; we've been fortunate to have him several times. We recommend that you visit.
Chris the chef visited out table. Service was great. Very intriguing menu. Flavors did not dissappoint! Good music. Will definitely go again.
Hostess was awesome, greeted right when we walked in dimly lit room really set the mood. Our waiter Doug was really informative on what the menu had, and knowledgeable on wines. I ordered the stuffed peppers , thinking they were gonna be like stuffed bell peppers for the price. But they were 4 little red peppers literally 4 bites and there all gone. However the plus side they were rather good. This is a wine place the happy hour is good. We will come back
This was a happy surprise as we had not ever been! We went on a Sunday evening had a wonderful and attentive waiter and the food was good! We had so much fun eating , tasting wine and were able to purchase wine to take home! So glad we tried it!
The food was outstanding but the service was a bit rough. Not too attentive and some requested sides did not come until the meal was almost over. They kept telling us just 2 minutes more several times. Then the story was the kitchen messed up the order. Just tell the truth. The waiter finally apologized after we packed up our leftovers. He did offer free dessert but by then we were full and ready to go. The late sides should have been complementary.
My husband and I were celebrating our 43th Wedding Anniversary. It was our first time at this restaurant. Very friendly atmosphere. We had a great waiter (Doug.) We had a great time. Will go back.
Server was great however the food was not particularly up to par at this location. Not sure if it was recipe that was not correct or person making it.
Great place to drop in and have a drink and meal. Was celebrating hubby's late birthday and the setting was great. The customer service excellent. The only issue was that the smoked salmon was salty to taste...other than that great place!
I’ve gone to the Max’s In Dallas before they closed. I go for the only game in town for gluten free fried chicken. I would say this place is good but sad to see the gf fish & chips off the menu. They did have in its place a gf option chicken meatloaf which my husband got and loved.
The service was meh....
the waiter seemed to always be put off by whatever we asked him and offended I opted for the $12 / glass cava rather than the $99 bottle of champagne he suggested.
I’d go again for the gf chicken but geez I hope to get a non judgemental - to each their own - kind of server.
Always amazing food there! A great selection of wines. A major reason we keep going back is Paige. She is always an absolute delight!!
Great little place! Servers are friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines and food available.
We tried the pork shank and fried chicken both were amazing.
Awesome food and service! Cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend having a reservation.
Even though I was very clear that we had open table reservations, we were marked as a “no show” and we had to prove we had eaten theee for our points.
Food: excellent and creative! The homemade pimento cheese is amazing and better after it cools. Don’t pas up the chicken. Even the toast is Delois with honey.
Negative: it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get any food especially if the restaurant is practically empty. No apologies...no explanation...as if it had been ten minutes.
No good ya les to have a nice date and talk as tables as super close together, it’s loud, and TV distracting.
It was my birthday the day I came in and everything was great!! Will definitely be back again!
Great place for Sunday brunch. Comfort food with friendly service!
The food was amazing. Especially loved the sweet potato donuts and the fried chicken.
Went for brunch with out of town guests. Lots of different food options to choose from - sweet and savory. Enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely be back to try the dinner menu!
Fried chicken was outstanding! Very impressive wine selections!
Food was delicious, staff was very friendly, and we loved the music playing in the background. Tables are pretty close together and it gets pretty loud, but I would still definitely recommend!
Douglas was our waiter, he was fantastic!
I got the oysters and they were phenomenal, I would definitely recommend. Max’s is in a great location, close to lots of things on West 7th. I will definitely be back!
Loved the atmosphere, music was awesome and the server gave great recommendations on food and wine. The food gets 4 out of 5 stars. My husband raved about the collard greens and the fried chicken. My red fish was a little dry and the brussel sprouts were hard but the whole grain mustard sauce was delicious.
We LOVE this place. Get the gluten free fried chicken.
