Consistently, the waitress took too long to return to the table with special requests event though it was before 6:00pm, not full and not too busy. Food was on point as always. I have always been pleased with the food taste, temperature and appearance. As a matter of fact, it always exceeds my expectations.

My wife and I had a great dining experience. Megan, our server, was friendly, attentive and took good care of us. The meal was excellent. My wife had the short ribs dinner and I had ahi dinner. The appetizers and dessert were delectable, as was the presentation. Yes, we will come back for other special occasions. We got a number of recommendations from friends to try Max's Bistro. We loved Max’s bistro. The service was top notch. The food was delicious and it was jus an overall great vibe. It was the perfect date night for my husband and me. The crème brûlée and bread pudding were too die for. The portions were large and I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We took our son and his family to Max’s for his birthday. As always the food & service was outstanding. Everyone, including our 9 year old granddaughter, had a wonderful time. We’ve tried other places but always come back to Max’s.

Normally I love this place and I come pretty often but this most recent experience was disappointing. First, they seemed very understaffed. The place was full at some parts of our evening so we didn’t receive the attention from the wait staff that we normally do. Drinks ran on empty for long periods of time (when we normally go beverages aren’t left empty for long). I even had to go to the bar at one point to order beverages cause of the lack of attention that we received. A few of us got soup and the soup was cold. It was so cold that the Parmesan cheese garnish in the soup never melted. The filets were also cold that the butter that was on top never melted. With the many times we’ve been there we know the quality of food and service is much better than we received on this recent visit. Hopefully the quality is back to what it was on our next visit. Everyone has difficult nights so we will come back again hoping it was just a rough night.

My husband suggested we try Max's as some of his coworkers had gave it great reviews. We were not let down. I had the rack of lamb, it was flavorful and delicious. Husband had the meatloaf and was waiting for him to lick the plate. Great service and will be going again.

Max’s is a restaurant that we typically go to 2-3 times a month. On this particular weekend it was our date night and we’re excited to go to our favorite restaurant. We had made reservations but still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. After we were seated at our table our server greeted us after about 10 minutes of sitting there and was not pleasant, no smiles, rushing to ask us our drink order and a snarky tone. Another 10-15 minutes go by and our drinks come. 10 more minutes go by and our server comes back, we were discussing the menu and asked her for some suggestions to which she replied if you need more time I’ll come back, she was very annoyed. Fast forward to after ordering we received our food and the only edible thing we ordered were the tacos from the starter menu. All in all very disappointed with the service and food, we will not be back.

Food was yummy. Server and person who kept our water topped off and dishes removed were both delightful. I believe the server's name was Cody. Strongly recommend the Blueberry Euphoria cocktail, which can be made into a delightful mocktail. We will be continue to go to Max's

Why an evening!! Ten of us enjoyed a fantastic 4 hour dinner celebration for my husband’s 80th birthday. The most fun and laughs ever, with service to perfection! My Rack of Lamb, served with brussel sprouts and baby carrots in a sweet glaze was superb! Others also enjoyed the rack of lamb, filet mignon and scallops, short ribs and Max's amazing triple fry appetizers which included sweet potato fries, fried eggplant and truffle fries, oh and vino. . . . lots of vino! Max’’s is our go-to place for impeccable dining, ambiance and service with a smile!
