My wife and I decided to go here for our anniversary because a friend recommended it. We were not disappointed, the staff was excellent, they were friendly and very informative with questions about the menu. We will be back soon to visit Max’s.

Me and my girlfriend went to Max's Bistro and Bar for our 1 year anniversary and all in all, it was a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Lauren, was very helpful and polite, being punctual with our food and service. We got the Chicken Posole and Cacio e Pepe Pappardelle, which were both very delicious and very much worth their price.

Early reservation. Megan was good. Personalable to my partner, kid (9), and myself. Shared the deviled eggs. Tobiko seemed an unnecessary element (not briny or sweet, just looked different). 5 pieces means the last one goes to Mom. For entrees, kid got chicken fingers and fries, and we chose salad—we generally enjoy salad. Very full servings of green and protein, but lacking other elements. They’re OK. Kid seemed satisfied. Brûlée was nice. Chocolate cake could be served faster—melty ice cream and fudgey center. Service and company made the night, would return again.

First time visiting saw reviews and hoped it was All that it said … they had a cocktail party which. Drive the volume extremely loud. For the price the meal was just so so. The Alaskan Halibut was great dish salmon was under cooked .. guest had the rib eye steak. Did not Impress us, if it wasn’t so crazy loud we could have visited with family better, left and went to hotel to talk and catch up. Our waitress Gabby was attentive and truthful about the noise and food. Choices.

The food and service (Meghan was our server) was amazing! The noise level was louder than normal and more energetic since we were having a business meeting. Other than that, we will return to Max's for future events.

Been there several times and it has been fine but this time I had strawberry spinach salad with salmon. Salmon was burnt black on top and ends and was very dry. Salad was dry and needed to order extra dressing to make it edible.

We had an amazing time at Max’s Bistro! Our group was celebrating a milestone birthday for a family member. We were treated so wonderfully and so was the birthday girl. The food was amazing and the service was even more amazing. Samantha was fantastic and the whole team made sure everything was taken care of and came out on time. Delicious cocktails too!

Our server, Jordan Johnston, literally MADE our night. She was fun and kind and helpful, and was able to foresee our needs before we even knew we needed them! Her suggestions were positive, as we chose to try the ribeye special (which was SO tender and delicious). Props to the chefs for perfectly cooked meals, and to the staff for being so inconspicuously attentive. What an experience!

Consistently, the waitress took too long to return to the table with special requests event though it was before 6:00pm, not full and not too busy. Food was on point as always. My wife and I had a great dining experience. Megan, our server, was friendly, attentive and took good care of us. The meal was excellent. My wife had the short ribs dinner and I had ahi dinner. The appetizers and dessert were delectable, as was the presentation. Yes, we will come back for other special occasions. We got a number of recommendations from friends to try Max's Bistro.
