    The food was very good! The drinks were overpriced and the live music was so loud none of us could hear each other. Otherwise it was a good time, but be prepared to spend a lot of money.

    This restaurant was definitely a gem in Baltimore! We (a couple) visited for brunch - food, drinks, service, location, and atmosphere was great. Brandon was our waiter and he was awesome! I would highly recommend this restaurant and will visit again when in Baltimore!

    Went here for my wife and my anniversary — we loved the relaxed ambiance. It started with a cheerful crowd and comfy, large chairs that had plenty of space around them. They gave us complimentary champagne and churros, which was such a lovely extra. The meal was stunning — we treated ourselves to the lobster and I’m still dreaming of it. We each got a cocktail and were very pleased by their palatable complexity. Pricey but absolutely worth it. The band made it a little harder to hear one another, but we just scooted closer together around the side of the table. 10/10 experience.

    We walked in and felt like we were in Mexico somewhere. Ambiance was unlike any other. Food was so freaking good. The Guac, best I’ve had. The cocktails, well crafted. THE PLANTAIN FRIED RICE...a staple. Our server “Traveler” (i think) was amazing, he had the vibes. Checked on us at the perfect moments. I’ll definitely be back.

    It was my husbands birthday so I decided to take him here. Upon arrival, the host told him happy birthday and when we were seated the waitress was also aware of his birthday and greeted us with a happy birthday. That showed great attention to detail. The waitress was very present but not in an annoying way. She gave us space to eat and talk to each other but was always visible in case we needed something. The food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. We had the crab fritters as an appetizer and they were tiny but delicious. I had the wagyu flank steak meal with a side of plantain fried rice and my husband had the chicken, mahi-mahi and asparagus tacos and all 3 were delicious. He also had a side of street corn. No complaints at all. For his birthday they brought churros with both a chocolate and caramel dip. Recommended spot for sure.

    Was looking for a place with good reviews and close the Pier 6 pavilion. Maximon did not disappoint. Had to wait a little bit for our reservation, appeared to be a bit short staffed at that time but once we got in and were seated our server was excellent. The food was very good, atmosphere was great as well. It's a bit of a dive from where I live, but if I was in the area I would most likely go back again.

    Great environment but unfortunately the service was extremely slow and the food was sub-par. Everything was prepared a little wrong. Not enough sauce, eggs overcooked, skimpy on the cheese, searching for meat, etc. The flavors weren’t bad so maybe a little re-working of dish compositions and re-training of staff would fix these issues.

    Food was delicious but the service needs a little work. I believe they may have been short handed at least it appeared that way. The staff was pleasant so that helped with enduring the wait. We would definitely return because the place is gorgeous and the food was beyond amazing. That plantain fried rice is to die for.

    The food was fantastic, We had the oysters, chips and salsa, mahi mahi taco, carne asade taco, and roasted chicken. The tacos were great, but really should get more than 1 for the price, especially since they don't come with a side. The chicken dinner was awesome and plenty of food. I would definitely eat here again.

    This is a nice lively place in Baltimore’ inner harbour. Good food and nice service, facing the water. It is attached to the Four Seasons hotel but ran independently.

    An absolutely outstanding first visit. The ambiance is perfection, and the outdoor area could not be any more perfect. Our waitress was attentive, bubbly and her recommendations were spot on. The food…well there are no words. I had no idea what to expect, but as the waitress explained, it was a true Latin American vibe. Everything was incredibly delicious, and the variety of food and flavors…just chef’s kiss! We will definitely be back to enjoy another visit to this gorgeous place!

    Maximon has always been my favorite go to place. Food is always delicious & I’ve never had a bad experience with service. The only thing I will say is any time I order a drink that isn’t on their menu, it never seems to taste like it should so I would just stay to their specialty cocktails!

    The staff are superb! From being greeted at the door upon arrival throughout food service and farewell at the end. Top notch! The food is very good and presentation is fresh and lovely. My only critique is the dining chairs were worn. It would not stop me from dining there again at all - but when everything and everyone is top notch, the chairs being worn stood out to me.

    My reservation was at 2:30 which my entire party arrived by 2:45. We had to have a table moved because there was very little space for our guest to be seated on one side of the table. We were moved to another table. Manager requested that cook staff to take our bunch order instead of the selections from lunch menu. Unfortunately, the cook declined because bunch was ending at 3:00. Our party had to order only small bites such as appetizers and assortment of tacos. Disappointing. Other than that, the waiter and waitress did their job…the food and drinks were good.
