Love this restaurant and come often. My service at my last visit wasn’t great, the server was very slow and did not come to check on us once. Lucky the food was good so we didn’t have any complaints, but usually service is a lot more attentive. And it was not busy at all. Lastly, I was surprised that gratuity was included automatically on a table of two. Last time I was told this was on tables of 7 or greater.. not to mention the server made no mention of this gratuity and still proceeded to hand the machine over on the tip screen. As he brought the bill and machine at the same time, I had no time to even notice this was added until the last moment where I asked him if gratuity is included and he said yes. The weird thing is the table next to me did not have gratuity included.. and they were also a table of 2…. Love the food here but don’t think I’ll be back due to what happened at my last visit.

we were their first summerlicious table apparently and they seemed unprepared. The server didn’t know that was why we were there at first and tried to tell us it was only for people who booked through open table. After I told him I did he said he had to go speak to the manager first. After that he brought the summerlicious menu over and didn’t really say anything else. When we tried to order, he said that he thinks they might be out of 3/6 of the options… (they ended up only being out of 1/6 so that at least improved the vibe) then when we got our bill, there was a random extra charge of 35 dollars seemingly for the steak we had ordered. If it was going to be an extra charge, that’s fine, but it was never mentioned. The server did take it off our bill in the end but the whole experience was just strange. Food was great, restaurant was nice. It just seemed like they didn’t actually want to take part in the event..

I went for my boyfriends birthday & it was amazing! We sat on the patio, the ambiance was perfect, cozy & romantic. My boyfriend would say Chic. Food was great didn't wait long and the service was great!

The restaurant was highly rated on line and we were seated outside on time. The ambience to start was very nice. The waiter and manager recommended a fantastic white wine and gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. The steak we ordered was very good and the mashed potatoes also well seasoned. However we started to notice people entering not dressed according to dress code with T-shirts, tank tops, women barely covered. Suddenly a FIGHT broke out!!! The they fought for about 15 min coming in and out the restaurant. Nobody checked on us! Disappointing experience.

I don’t think this place is worth the hype. Service is poor, waited ages for a drink. Then had to wait between brunch and dinner for dessert. If there are people still in the restaurant, they should be able to eat all courses and not have to wait. Out of some food too which feels like bad planning for a holiday weekend.

The service from start to finish was terrible. The air conditioner didn't even seem like it was on, everyone inside was fanning themselves. So, we decided to sit inside. I saw reviews on Google about how terrible the service was, but I usually take those with a grain of salt. Our food took an hour from when we ordered it, to get to our table. We ordered an appetizer, which didn't get to us until after we were done our mains, we didn't even want it at that point. Never, ever experienced service like this before! One Irish gent, who was the bartender not even a server, started taking orders. Our server was never anywhere to be seen when we needed him but the Irish gent was definitely very helpful when we asked for the bill. Once he brought the bill we waited 30mins for our server to bring the machine which he didn't. The Irish gent came to check if he came around and we said no, so he went and got it right away. We would have been sitting there forever if he did not help us out.
