We opened Max London’s Restaurant + Bar after many years in the bakery business. Our passion for real food and libations is the driving force behind it all. Working with local farmers to source ingredients, making our mozzarella in house and using only fresh squeezed juices in every cocktail are just a few of the ways we aim to maintain a restaurant with integrity. We had a wonderful dinner. My bf had the tuna tartare (“spicy but not too spicy”)and pasta bolognese, (“fresh pasta with good sauce”). I had a gf pizza. All were amazing. The hostess was especially sweet and personable to everyone. They even got us dessert from next door with a candle for an early birthday celebration. A really nice evening. Thank you.

In Saratoga springs for the weekend. Had the charcuterie which you could select the cheeses and meats that you prefer. Why doesn't every restaurant do this??? Very good. The gluten free pizza was the best gluten free crust we've ever had. This is a great place with excellent service and food.

Love the food, and our waitress was great, but the music was so LOUD that my girlfriends and I had almost to scream to chat. It is a pity that such a lovely place does not consider that people get together to have a pleasant conversation over a nice meal. I will consider coming back if they do something about the music volume.

It was Valentine’s Day so did not have high expectations due to being busy. Food was wonderful! Tables were on top of each other so it felt like our table of two was a table for six. Other couples next to us were commenting on it as well. I like it there and will go back again but probably with a larger group where we can have our own table.

Food was decent as usual, though had a burnt entirely black English muffin for Benedict, no offer to replace or apology for it being inedible. Only comment was, well some people like it lile that! Eggs on smoked chicken hash are suppose to be runny and usually are, this time it was basically hard boiled and had to ask for new egg. I got 1, not 2 and basically acted like i was being ridiculous. We do not typically complain about food but the server could at least act like she cared. Ordered a 2nd round of drinks and were asked by the hostess to leave after getting the drinks because there was another reservation waiting. Apparently they were more important than us because we had to wait 20 minutes for our table after arriving and didn't mind or complain one bit. We were at our table 15 minutes before being waited on. I find it very rude and classless to ask a table to leave for another table, especially when we had only been sitting for 45 minutes and had a fresh drink that they didn't hesitate to charge $14 each for. The all around poor customer service and lack of food quality for this visit probably made us unlikely to ever return. Seems they are getting greedy with squeezing too many people in and not caring about quality of their food or service as much.

Arrived 5 minutes early for my reservation and was seated immediately at a great table on the window overlooking Broadway (Saratoga Springs). Food was excellent, reasonably priced and staff was very attentive. The place was busy, but not so much that we had any delays or issues. Would go back for sure!

We had brunch and had a great window seat. They have a unique and varied menu. The omelet I had and the pancakes and waffle my grandsons had were served promptly and tasted great according to their clean plates. The server was very friendly and accommodating.

Best French fries ever. Extremely thin and flavorful. I was disappointed in the smoked Turkey sandwich. It was very thinly sliced with that slippery feel you get from cold cuts. Also wish the noise level was down. There was a DJ and the hard surfaces in the place makes voices and music bounce around. Service was great and appreciate they give you a box and bag for left overs so it’s easier to tote if you have other places to go to.

We ordered the brisket sandwich, and it was so tough you had to eat it with a knife and fork. The service was slow getting the food and between course, guess they need more help. This will be a one timer.

Food was great and our server was good. The sound system in the place was so bad as to be annoying. It is too loud and distorted on the dining room side (as opposed to the bar). We were seated on the dining room side of the restaurant where hard surfaces (and no sounds absorption) makes for an overly loud experience. The place would greatly benefit from some sounds absorbers.

I would have given more five stars were it not for the servers’ woeful lack of knowledge about the draft beers on the menu. Please take the time and resources to ensure your dining room and bar staff know the product(s) they are serving.
