MAX Amsterdam is a beautiful restaurant that serves international cuisine with Indonesian specialties. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous, with bright orange and purple lights illuminating the dining room. MAX also features a two floored, open concept design with high ceilings giving the whole dining area an open and roomy feel. Guests at MAX have a few different choices when ordering their meal. The most popular choice is the MAX special, a three course Indonesian rijsttafel option. However, if diners are looking for more variety, they can choose either two or three courses from the extensive international menu that includes pan-fried scallops in white wine, ginger-soy pork shoulder, Oriental spiced green pea soup, chicken satay, filet of lamb with asparagus and Indonesian tender beef stew with winter vegetables.
