Excellent as always! We dined with friends who also love this place. The burrata special was superb and I liked the Barbarossa wine special too. As always, Teddy’s for the meal. The other three loved their meals as well. Been here probably 25 times and don’t see that ever ending! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!!!

Great service. Was slightly disappointed in the food as I eat at many of the Max restaurants. Noise level was a bit alarming.

The seating was extremely close to the couple next to us. The food was average and our waiter was less than thrilled to be working there. Had just put my fork down from the salad and our entrees were there. Strongly dislike being rushed.

We went with couple for New Years eve 12/31/17. It was our first and last time here. It took 1 1/2 Hours to get our food! I think the waitress felt sorry for us and finally came over and told us our ticket was up next. She knew how long we had been waiting. At least a complimentary appetizer should have been brought over, i think someone forgot our food ticket. My wife ordered the $32.00 steak along with her sister. For the price, it should have been top notch. Instead it was brought out cold and with no flavor. Her sister's was the same. They were starving by time it finally came, they just ate it. We were sitting across from where they cook the food, and my wife could see the 2 plates of steak just sitting on the counter. Then some man picked them up and was just standing there holding them, breathing all over them til he finally brought them over with the other 2 meals. No wonder they were cold! My brother in law ordered a pasta dish with grilled chicken. The plate was huge but hardly any food. A few strips of chicken and barely any pasta. How cheap is pasta? That plate should have been filled to the top. They should be embarrassed to serve dishes like this and charge their prices. Also they made my wife's cocktail wrong. Anyway, if you are going to spend $150.00 for a meal, go to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The food comes out hot and sizzling with flavor and service is top notch. What a waste of money! Very disappointing.

A little disappointed with my meal. Ordered what I thought was a meatball panini, but it turned out to be a meatball grinder on a soft roll. Still delicious and our server was great about letting me substitute fries for the wild rice.

This was my second time at Max Amore (my first visit was great), but unfortunately this experience wasn't good. I sat at a high top table in the bar area, which was not very crowded at all, and our waitress was completely oblivious to us as she walked back and forth for various reasons. We had to flag her down each time we needed her. As for the food, although it looked good on the plate, it was completely insipid, bland and boring. I was expecting typical Italian flavor, instead I had to add a ton of salt to everything to make it palatable and was still wanting for SOME semblance of fat in the dish.. olive oil or butter, whatever. Oh well, maybe I just got them on an off day? Still, you certainly don't get a discount when they're having an "off day" so... I would expect good food every time.

We regularly eat at Max Amore. I was disappointed in my veal parmesan. It was not on the menu so it was a special order. I found the veal not very tender. The pasta and sauce were great as was the hazelnut torte!!! My husband is hearing impaired and I had requested a quiet booth in my Open Table on line reservation. We did get the quiet back corner but it was holiday time so the noise level was very high and then four loud men were seated right next to us!!! We will surely go back as we have had so many pleasant and delicious meals there.

Last year our Xmas Brunch was wonderful, thus our return this year. Sadly our experience this year was very disappointing- our waitress was sullen, inefficient, inattentive and bordered on rude. Had to ask for butter for our bread, never refilled water glasses or warmed our coffee. When an entree had to be returned for a little more cooking, it took forever for it to be returned while the rest of our party where almost finished with the meal. I literally had to get up and find her in order to get our check. We were literally the first party seated at 11am soon the facility was not busy or crowded. This years gathering was very disappointing.

Great time with great food delivered by a great server, and even great service after we left! I accidentally left a credit card in the checkbook, and before I even realized it was missing they had looked up my contact information on my MaxVantage account and called! Could not be more impressed with the level of service at this restaurant and would recommend to anyone anytime.

Had a very nice dinner with friends. Waiter Michael was excellent. Tried the new breaded Pork Medallions. They were delicious but a tad dry. Needed sauce, used bread sauce available. Love going to Max Amore! Christmas decorations were festive!

We were put in the function room - which isn't as warm as the rest of the restaurant so we had to keep our coats on. They do a great job with gluten free - and we never have any issues!

I’ve always felt that the portions of fish and meat entrees were on the small side. That was verified again tonight. My pan seared cod was very delicious but no more than 4 or 5 ounces. The pasta entrees, on the other hand, are of decent portions.

Wrong salad delivered but went with it Loved The rigatoni Bologna’s and spuse veal which he enjoyed. Appetizer of calamari was a tad on tough side, too large rings. Love the back ball with express to end a good dinner. Nice cozy atmosphere

Max Group was kind enough to offer a free dinner for my birthday. We decided to go to Max Amore because it had a list of gluten free items. The food was good and the service was great. I had a sly fox premium cocktail which was delicious. The dish I had came with three types of meat: meatball, ribs and sausage. Was definitely filling.

Dish I ordered was a disappointment - linguine with grilled shrimp and artichokes. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever, totally bland, and very skimpy on the artichoke content. Not worth $15 at lunch.

Other than that, fun as always. Efficient and friendly service. Hint to kitchen: warm up the bread before serving it. It was cold.

As always, a wonderful place to meet up with friends for dinner. Attention to service is excellent. Seating at the bar tends to be tight, though, especially at Happy Hour, which probably indicates the restaurant's popularity.

You can’t compare this place to fine dining in terms of creativity, ambiance, and quality of food. But in terms of service no restaurant compares locally. It’s the management and executive chef that makes this restaurant special. You will never be served a plate that’s been sitting for more than a minute. As soon as all your parties plates are ready they are served by the first server available.

And by the way the food is great.
