   We arrived at the restaurant for our dinner reservation only to be told that they were not serving food. No one had called beforehand to inform us that the chef walked out earlier that week.

   We had reservations and they told they were not serving dinner tonight. Very disappointed.

   We arrived for our 6:30 reservation and the restaurant was closed. We were told they had an exhaust problem. No one called us beforehand because they said their reservation system was also down. The hostess offered us a glass of wine and offered to call other restaurants nearby. She was given no direction by management but she was professional and tried to help us. It is now July 5 and we still haven't heard from anyone at the restaurant offering us something to come back. Very poor experience.

   Went for dinner and back later for drinks. Service both times was extremely slow. Staff was nice but everyone kept disappearing. Think they opened recently so may be working out the kinks. I would try it again.

   We had a very odd experience at Maverick's. The restaurant was mostly empty on a Saturday evening, and yet, service was very slow, and our food took a long time to come out. The menu was different from the menu online which would have been okay if it had been an equivalent type of menu. However, what is listed online included normal entree items. What we were offered was small plates, pasta, or sandwiches. No normal entrees at all. The food was good--nothing outstanding, but fine. I would not opt to dine here again.

   What a plain boring space inside this beautiful building. It’s cold and stark. Looks like an unfinished space. The staff is in need of training and we waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. The flavor of the food was wonderful-especially the filets. But nothing was hot, only warm, so we are guessing the entrees sat for awhile before anyone decided to serve them.

Our restaurant is new and we understand there are weaknesses, which we are working hard to strengthen. We hope you will visit again soon.    My wife and I went out for a date night and couldn’t have been more pleased with the restaurant. The food was incredible, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back

   We waited 45 minutes for a cocktail once seated. It was extremely hot as they didn’t seem to have AC. Our table was a high top directly next to a large tv (inches from where two peoples faces were). The wait staff was standoffish. We asked if we could order from the bar menu (being that we were sitting at a high top near the bar) and were told the chef would be mad we were asking but he would find out. He never came back with an answer and we left an hour after we got there having never received our cocktail or given our food order…. So can’t speak to the food.

    The food was OK for the price. The service was awful. We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone came up and helped us to our table. Once we sat, the waiter was slow to come take our drink and food order. Food was good but overpriced for what it was.

We too are profoundly disappointed to hear our team has failed to provide the kind of guest experience we require. We are improving daily as we learn about team members who fall below our expectations for excellence. While it is never pleasant to be criticized, it is nevertheless helpful in our quest for excellence. It's a tough labor market, but we won't rest until we have the team our guests deserve.
