• Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs

  This 10 oz homemade chicken fried steak will be the best you've had! We serve it with two eggs (how you like them), and your choice of hash browns or our own country potatoes, and choice of toast or English muffin. We are sorry Mom, but this is better than yours.

• Biscuits and Gravy

  Two hot and flaky buttermilk biscuits smothered with homemade sausage gravy.

Skillets

Two eggs, how you like them, are served on top of our homemade country potatoes which are grilled with onions, red and green peppers, and served with your choice of toast or English muffin, and served on a hot skillet.

  Our homemade chili makes this a winner. We smother it with Cheddar cheese and onions.

  If you like fresh veggies, you'll love this. We pack this omelet with sauteed mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, tomato, red and green peppers, and onion, and then gently fold over avocado and smother with mozzarella cheese.

• Ham and Cheese Omelet

  Diced ham and Cheddar cheese fill this omelet and it will fill you too!

• Denver Omelet

  Diced ham, red and green peppers, and onions are folder over Cheddar cheese in this one!
