Service was fantastic. The restaurant was full and packed in. Noise level was quite high. The pork filled ravioli was very good but the short rib pasta was bad. The filling was all mushy, which was very disappointing, considering this was a beautiful short rib to start with. The first thing that came to mind was Taco Bell meat. Then the richness of the pasta together with the creamy sauce was way too fatty… it needed a little counterpoint, like some citrus, a little bit of Gremmalata or something. The waiter brought the manager over who was more than happy to do something about it, which was very much appreciated, but we did not take him up on that offer. Again, similar to B&B which Matteo’s replaced, this restaurant disappoints. We will not return.
Great food, excellent wait staff. Would go back
This place is amazing!! My favorite spot to go while in Vegas. They fresh make their pasta and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend.
Bus staff was great but waiter and food did not meet expectations
The service is always excellent and well coordinated. The food is incredible, mouth explosion kind of flavors. Even when it’s busy the quality is still there. We have become regulars quickly.
Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Matteo’s. The pasta, drinks and dessert were on point. They surprised us with a chocolate mousse cake for dessert.
Their most popular dish (which i’ve had at their other restaurant, The Factory Kitchen) was unbelievably salty. Basically inedible. We brought friends with us here that has never been here before and it was embarrassing. We ordered 2 orders of the dish and basically didn’t didn’t touch the second one. Goes to show that even a sister restaurant’s quality can be bad so never order 2 of the same dish in case it’s a disaster.
If you are in Vegas Matteo’s is a must. We had a table in perfect view of the team making the homemade pasta. I noted on my reservation my very annoying soy allergy. I try not to make my allergy everyone else’s problem and just make smart menu selections. Our server J.R. went above and beyond to accommodate me and clear all my selections with the chef. This means so much to me. J.R. And the rest of our service team were superstars. This is truly a restaurant with the customer experience in mind. I highly recommend the burratina appetizer, the gnocchi, and the mandilli de serta. I also highly recommend J.R., he will ensure you have an excellent dining experience.
Best Italian food I've had in years if not ever. Unbelievably good. Black truffle pasta was to die for. Forget Raos, Amalfi, Spago, etc etc. do yourself a favor and go here.
Bland food - disappointing signature pasta.
Food was amazing, my only concern is the restaurant was mostly empty, and we got sat right between 2 of the only few couples there all on the same bench booth, made it hard to have a conversation without feeling like everyone could hear, it is also still not the most comfortable to be so close to random strangers when there is amble room.
The menu was completely different than what was shown on Open Table.
No one came to the table for 30 minutes so we left. Never even got a drink.
The service was okay however the value of the dining experience was not on par with the final bill. The food was standard at best. We ordered the shrimp and salmon entrees. The side dish of green beans was bland and not worth the extra charge. Earlier this week my girlfriend and I ate at Hell’s Kitchen and the bills were almost identical, but with one difference the Food At Hell’s Kitchen didn’t suck. When looking for Italian Cuisine look elsewhere or maybe the Olive Garden.
Great service and accommodating with dietary requests (vegetarians). Glad we got a chance to try. Enjoyed and recommend the mandilli di seta. The desserts were AMAZING also!
The menu was nothing like what was in on the website.
Great anniversary brunch. Waiter was great
Service was good. Flavors just ok. Missed the typical breads with pasta dishes as an appetizer included with dining. Crowd was too close in proximity I
In seating. No distance created. Small menu.
Got reservations here during restaurant week and this place did not disappoint. Both types of salads were really good. The porchetta and ravioli were the best. The cannolis were excellent! Would definitely recommend.
Meh. Food was great but the place feels like a chain restaurant in a mall.
Food was very expensive for plain pasta and pesto. Prefer my grandmother’s cooking!
Pasta was amazing, wait staff was excellent
Disappointed you could not add a protein to any pasta. Had the Gnocchi and honestly tasted like It came out of a jar. Kale salad was great but definitely do not recommend. Would not eat here again. Service was just average.
One of the best dinner experiences we had during our trip to Vegas. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Thank you for the great date night and birthday celebration!
Food was just ok.
The food was outstanding. All around totally enjoyable dinner. Squash blossoms were exceptional.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't speak to the food, just the customer service since I never got to eat there. I made reservations about a month in advance for 9:30 pm on Sunday, 6/13, for my husband and I after our elopement. We were staying at the Venetian and excited for a special dinner. I noted that the dinner was to celebrate our nuptials. We were running late, our driver brought us back to the Palazzo by mistake so I called to inform them we'd be about 10-15 min late. The hostess or whoever it was that answered the phone said that if we did not arrive by 9:45 that we would lose the reservation. We were on our way to the restaurant and at 9:39 she called me back and told me that they were closing. What restaurant cancels a reservation 9 min past the reservation time for customers celebrating a special occasion? I'm sorry but that is not the Vegas hospitality I expected, especially on my wedding night.
Great customer service! Love the food it was so delicious!
Great food and service. We’ll be back for sure.
Great authentic Italian food experience. Our server German was great! He assisted w/wine selection to pair w/my dinner. We went with a few of his recommendations including dessert and we were not disappointed. Definitely will visit again when in town. Thanks German!
Great food, Awesome staff !
Great service. Great food, especially for the price. We got 1 fish and 1 pasta split between 2 not-very-hungry people and still ate almost all of it. Both were delicious. Wine list on point.
The food was absolutely AMAZING! Seriously, totally worth trying out for dinner! They have a pistachio and a raspberry dessert that is mind blowing! Thank you, Matteo’s!
Food and selection was good, wine list is good. Our server Robert was excellent. We enjoyed our meal very much.
Great service and food
Best pasta my wife and I have ever had. Would go there again
Out of town on business. A little hard to find in the Venetian. Great food, great suggestions by our waiter, delectable pasta!!!! Fantastic and would there every week if I lived in town.
Best dinner of our trip! Great for vegetarians too.
Alexa was amazing server!
