This place is unreal! Some of the best food I’ve ever had. We had the sweetest server named Max!!!! Such a great experience!

Food was amazing!!!!! Was able to be seated early, hostesses were friendly and accommodating. Max made recommendations based on the choices we were torn between and it was spot on. So delicious! Wish you were in NY! Thank you for the delicious dinner we needed after a work event.

We Love Matteo! Joel and Elizabeth took great care of us. Great selection of wine and champagne. And they had fresh black truffle, and they do this special when they do to have it with pasta and a butter truffle sauce, with shaved truffles. Atmosphere is great, valet parking is so nice, and the team is amazing. They also handle GF/Celiac so well. They always have a GF pasta that is sourced from Italy. If you want legitimate Italian in the SLC, This is the Place. 😏

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food was a right blend of savory without “over-saucing” & the perfect portions (not huge like so many Italian restaurants) she had the ravioli & I enjoyed my pasta garlic & oil. Our server was knowledgeable & attentive. We definitely will return.

Our first time here, and the food and service were very good. We found the decor to be depressing however. Dark, black, concrete floors, furniture without character.
