    Very good food and excellent desert. It was pretty quite for a Tuesday afternoon meal. Bar was not crowded and noisy at all. My only minor complaint was our waitress was also the bartender so we didn't get much attention on anything else we needed at the time. Pretty good service overall.

    I love love the food at Matt and Tony’s. I had the steak and eggs with breakfast potatoes. The steak was so tender. Overall, I like going there despite having to look for parking and it always being packed for brunch. I never go without a reservation. The hostess was very nice to allow us to move from our table to a high top table that didn’t feel so cramped. I felt like our waitress was ok, not the best I’ve ever had and not the worst. Always seemed in a hurry.

    I will be coming back. The shrimp and grits also steak and eggs were amazing. The server was timely and kind. The drinks were tasty. This restaurant lived up to the hype.

    I feel as though I need to go to Matt and Tony’s once a month until I try everything on the menu. My friends and I tried our best to do that by ordering three different items on the menu and sharing it family style (kale bowl, biscuit and chicken, and French toast with chicken). The food we outstanding, our server was truly top notch (can he be cloned), and drinks were delicious (I had the milk punch). I highly recommend Matt and Tony’s, and I may just see you there since I plan on visiting frequently.

    The food wasn’t good. The crab cakes were very seafoody. I’m guessing the crab meat wasn’t fresh. Also the restaurant had this weird smell the entire time we were there. Would not go back.
