A Japanese restaurant with a separate sushi bar, Matsuri Sushi offers a fine-dine seating accommodation in its wooden villa. The restaurant adheres with the Japanese tradition of lights. Each table has its own lamp hanging from the ceiling. The corners of restaurant are decorated with Japanese traditional lamps including Dragon lamps. The sushi bar seating area is dimly lit, whereas, the rest of the restaurant space is brightly lit with lamps and fancy lights. Matsuri sushi offers a decent environment for a delightful meal, becoming suitable for groups of friends and families. Pink Lady, the shrimp tempura roll, is prepared with glazed and roasted shrimps and served with customer�s choice of traditional Japanese dip. Dakine roll is a specialty prepared by Katsumi or Robert only. It is a rainbow rice roll with smoked fish filling. The roll is known because of chefs hand work and expertise in decent finishing.
