   We loved Matilda. The menu is creative and delicious. Service was on point and very thoughtful. An absolutely lovely and unique dinner in the Catskills.

   Have dined at Matilda since it opened and every time is almost like a new experience! Love the setting with its homy feel and the food is always excellent. Can’t wait for our next visit!

   I am so in tune with all the sensations of this dining experience! The staff is delightful, the food is phenomenal and for a few short wonderful hours I am in heaven. The Amish chicken is an instant classic, the dauphine potatoes- a crowd favorite, the lentils are absolutely divine. And as someone who doesn't care for scallops? Consider me converted! The heart is in the kitchen and it shows!

   Every single bite was perfect. And the cocktails are amazing too. Great overall experience. Great service and a beautifully designed restaurant.

   One of my favorite restaurants anywhere. Incredibly fresh food and the ambiance has this retro classiness to it. Recommend to arrive early and get a cocktail at the bar before dinner, they are unique and the bartenders are great.
