Our server was very overwhelmed and took forever to take our order, and she said that we couldn’t customize our order that the cook wouldn’t do it because they were to busy to take special requests! My husband talked to the manager on duty who said that wasn’t true and brought him what he wanted. I sat without food for almost an hour before my order came out! The head hosted noticed and check on us then food started to come. The food was AMAZING we had the French toast, chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, and shrimp and grits! I would recommend the food 100% and management is awesome!

Upon arrival it to waitress a long time before greeting our table. Once greeted she seemed to attend more to other tables without coming back to check on us. My friend food was sent back twice for being cold. Although other items came out fine. The food was good but the service was not good.

My second time here for brunch and it did not disappoint. Very good menu choices and the taco bar is a huge plus!

The ambiance was nice. Waiter came over to our table soon after we were seated so we def didn’t wait too long before we ordered and it was packed that day. They have a mini food bar you can help yourself to as often as you like while waiting on your food. It consisted of fresh waffles with many toppings, and a taco station. My kids really enjoyed that part. As soon as our food came to the table we ordered the next round so we wouldn’t have to wait too long for our food to come out since it’s a 2 hour time limit for unlimited food. They serve half and full portions and the half seems like full that’s how much food they give you. Everything is def sharable. The best thing on the menu was the blueberry and lemon custard pancakes omg. The kids enjoyed the chicken and waffles. Biscuits were on point, and the cinnamon bun was huge! Couldn’t order everything, it was so much food lol Overall, food was pretty good, you get a lot for your money’s worth and you can take home whatever you don’t finish which was a plus.

I’m disappointed because I spent $307 on my food and it wasn’t good I do food reviews for social media and the hype for this restaurant was crazy. The cook has to do a better job with prep. The shrimp was not fully cooked and was not cleaned because you can still smell the shrimp Same thing with the catfish you can smell and taste that it was not cleaned well. That’s a big no for seafood. Waffle bar makes no sense waffles are cold and hard. Not fluffy or hot. It’s sitting over a hot lamp. The best thing I had was the grits and my drink

Horrible. Ruined my birthday. Absolutely bad service. Slow. Unaware. No urgency or care. Cold food. Raw sliders when asked for well done. Burnt waffle with chicken and waffle and spicy pizza when I wanted cheese. Complete craziness. Big disappointment. Social Media fraud. Disgusted smh

The service was very poor and terrible. We asked three people for water, none of whom did anything. Somehow, espresso shots were available, but not any coffee with milk. My starter of cinnamon rolls was not even lukewarm, maybe it was luke, but it had no heated characteristic. The mini sliders/burgers/dry bricks were inedible. I ordered chicken and waffles and was not given syrup. I requested syrup, and after five minutes, I had to go get it myself. The syrup was then empty and I was given a small container while others stood behind me at the waffle bar line also wanting some of the ration provided. It took about seven minutes for my check to be provided. Not worth the $42/person price. It was not all you could eat, it was all you were able to tolerate. If there is a response to this review, please provide a phone number of the restaurant that someone will actually pick up.
