We had to ask for cutlery well after being served drinks. Strawberry lemonade arrived needing ice. We ordered the ribeye medium specifically stating "pink center but no blood" and the crab cake sandwich. The steak was overcooked, dry and tough. The crab cake was very burnt and bitter on one side. We pointed this out to our waiter who just said sorry and walked away. We had a very dissapoointing experience for what was meant to be a birthday celebration. We have had great meals previously at this restaurant but currently won't return anytime soon. Bonita Butler

The experience overall was good. However, as we dined, a water bug crawled up the wall where we were seated. The prior time I was there a mouse ran under our table.

We made reservations and was told about happy hour. Wasn’t told we had to sit at bar to get happy hour prices. We paid full price.

The food was fine, but there was a DJ and the acoustics are awful. We had a party of 6, and we had a hard time hearing each other. We asked twice to lower the volume, but they did not.

We had to wait a while despite having a reservation. Then we were taken to a back room which didn’t appear like to main restaurant at all. Our service was slow. And there were kids yelling and running around us. It was not a nice experience at all for celebrating Father’s Day. Probably won’t go there again.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. While my husband and I were sitting at our table, children seated on the level above us threw a napkin that landed on my meal. We informed our server about the incident, and he said he would notify the manager. When our server returned, he told us that he had mentioned the incident to the manager. My husband and I expected the manager to stop by our table to acknowledge the situation and reassure us that he had spoken to the parents. Instead, we had to request to see the manager ourselves just as we were about to leave. The Assistant General Manager, Daniel Zorce, finally came over and my husband discussed the incident with him. He stated that he was aware of what had happened and had spoken to the group responsible. However, he also remarked that he couldn’t control what people do, which was an inappropriate response. As an Assistant General Manager, he should have taken the initiative to come to our table, inform us that he addressed the issue with the group, and ask if I was okay. Due to this experience, we will not be dining at this establishment again.

We took friends to celebrate a birthday. We were 8people. They are very understaffed. The server tried his best. We did the 2 hour time limit brunch. It took 15 min for the server to come to us, 20 min for the 1st round of drinks to come out. We ordered the 2nd round of drinks as soon as we got the 1st round. At 1 hour in we hadn’t gotten our sharing plates. At one point we timed them it took 25 minutes for our drinks to come. They forgot our last round of drinks- made up for it by comp-ing it- it was the worst round of drinks. I really enjoy their ambiance and their menu. But this time it wasn’t worth the money.
