This place has gone completely downhill. The restaurant was dirty, disorganized and total chaos. Sat on patio, trash on the floor, tables were wobbly. Server was clueless on many questions. Unfortunately this was just a bad overall experience. Food came out at different times and was wrong. No sign of manager anywhere. Avoid at all possible costs.

I was very disappointed that the unlimited drinks were removed from brunch. The music was extremely low but our server was great, Very attentive. We first had the brunch during Mother’s Day weekend and it was everything which is why we decided to return. Based on this past experience I won’t be back!

When we first walked in, we had asked about outdoor seating. The hostess told us there was no outdoor seating available. We were placed indoors next to a window where we could see the patio seating and there were two tables that could’ve been pushed together for us was left unseated for over 30 minutes. When I asked the hostess, she told me the tables were reserved. I ended up watching the hostess see those table separately meanwhile there were other dirty tables patio tables that could’ve been cleaned off and accommodated other guests. Maybe they were short staffed but no manager came by to ask us how we were doing throughout our dining experience. The hostess that gave us, our highchair did not clean off the highchair, and it had old raspberry or fruit all over the seat. It was extremely hot and humid indoors and we had three kids who were miserable at the table due to the heat. The server was pleasant and the food was fine. I probably won’t come back again to the specific location.

The Brunch menu was fantastic. You need to feast yourself to breakeven on cost as an adult.

Other than undercooked sliders, the food was good. Fried shrimp was excellent as was the shrimp cocktail and waffles.

Our 1st visit was a disappointment. Few options at the buffet and the eggs were totally overcooked, therefore we decided to order from the menu. The oysters rockefeller was delivered to our table cold. I asked the server to have them heated. 2nd try was slightly better but not warm. If I had wanted cold oysters I would have ordered them on the half shell. When adding spinach, sauce, and cheese it should be at least warm. If the food was good then the price would have been acceptable, but we felt it a waste of money.

This might be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had; definitely the worst brunch experience I can remember. I was anxious to try their new unlimited brunch for $45. Service was slow and inattentive. We waited for 10 minutes before our server, who passed our table at least four times, finally greeted us apologetically. There were four plates stacked on the table. All were dirty, and two of them had dried food on them. The complimentary buttermilk biscuits, which we had to ask for twice, were the worst I’ve had. The bottoms were soggy and stuck to the plate. Yet the tops were rock hard and very crunchy. The chicken and waffles were a hit. Even the waffles on the waffle station were very good. The crab and shrimp rolls were three mini rolls with enough seafood for only one and zero seasoning. The sirloin at the carving station was carved too far in advance and placed under a light, causing it to be dry… and tough. The egg station looked great. The taco station, not so much. The tuna tacos I ordered were never delivered, so I can’t speak on those. Unless you plan to eat $45 worth of waffles, this brunch is probably not for you. Go for dinner and stick with what you know… sliders, pizza, salads, etc.

As soon as we arrived the extremely loud music made it impossible to talk to the wait staff. The “buffet” itself was not plentiful. There was only one small piece of steak at the carving station and the taco bar was picked over. We ordered the oysters which were shucked poorly with a lot of shell pieces left, and the chicken was extremely salty and almost inedible. Thankfully the pancakes and poke tacos were decent so we were able to eat something. We didn’t get to try the cinnamon rolls because we were told they were out. At $45 per person we expected better quality food but were extremely disappointed. We will not be going to a Matchbox ever again.
