Rare combination to find a comfortable casual and fun eatery with locally sourced delectable food. Fabulous food selection, good drinks, attentive to allergies and eating restrictions. This restaurant hits it out of the ballpark. Highly recommend!

Had delightful dinner in the outdoor patio under a heat lamp. Food is excellent as always- steamers, Caesar salad with bacon, combo of mini lobster roll and a mini burger- both were very generous in size. Plus a beer. My with loves the rare tuna sandwich with Prosecco. Went early- easy parking and not yet crowded!

Burgers were really good. Lobster rolls were so so. A lack of consistency. One lobster roll had alot of lobster meal and butter the other not so much. Clams were good albeit a bit chewy. Service was really good on a busy night.

Could it be possible that the food is getting better at Match Burger/Lobster? It seemed like it last evening. This place is a gem so I hope it stays healthy. The staff is always so nice. The burger I had was so juicy and delicious I could have used a towel on my face rather then the napkins.

The food exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious! Only negatives were there were a lot of disposable items used in serving and a request for water brought a plastic bottle of water rather than a glass of water.

Only stopped in for a quick meal with a group of 4 - good beer selection, quick friendly service, excellent house salad, and burgers were solidly good. The ambiance is meant for summer - picnic tables, metal chairs - not exactly comfortable in winter. Nothing was memorable, but enjoyed a good meal.

YUM! We came here for a Christmas Eve lunch and it was AMAZING. We will definitely be back. The servers were so friendly and the food was outstanding. We had a match mini, an ahi tuna burger, and truffle fries and we recommend them all.

Definitely one of the best burgers, if not THE best burger, I have ever had. Delicious beef, cooked perfectly (medium rare), with carmelized onions, melted cheese, and bacon bits, on a soft fresh bun. And the fries were awesome, too.

I have been to Match Burger/Lobster many times and always love the food. Sometimes it is packed, sometimes (like last Monday evening) it is quiet. But the food is always delicious. It is amusing to have to rate the place for "ambience" or "Noise level" which seems a bit stuffy. This place is just a great hang with yummy satisfying food. I will also say that everyone who works there is always so nice so that one always feels welcome.

Food was good, but disappointing to have a $28 lobster delivered in a plastic take-out clamshell, $12 wine in a plastic cup (like the disposables in a hotel room), then be delivered a bottle of water (charged $1) when I asked for a glass of water.

My favorite beef and homemade veggie burger in Connecticut. Decadent cheese lobster truffle fries (with fresh shaved truffle, not just truffle oil). Great locally sourced salads,& veggies. Highly recommend for delectable and fun casual dining!!!!

The food was okay. For a place that has a gluten free fryer, surprisingly few meals were gluten free. You can get salads or fries. As a GF person, I'm tired of being told that I can just have salad. Why have and advertise a GF fryer for fries but have 95% of main dishes that aren't GF? I won't be returning.

Wonderful menu choices. And we love the fact that the servers at the outdoor tables have continuously worn masks regardless of whether a mask mandate was in effect. Thank you for taking that extra step of precaution to help keep everyone safe.

One of our favorite places in Westport. Always punches above its weight. The food is simple but the quality is very high and execution is strong. Service is great especially with kids. Highly recommend.
