   Much much better than last week. Wish they would go back to the old more expansive menu. This one is so much smaller. Also miss the live music.

   Hi Shelly, So happy to hear you had a better visit this time. And we still have live music, every Thursday from 6pm-8:30pm and offer a 15% discount on food during this time. As for our menu, our current menu has the most items on it since we have opened, however if you are looking on our website it does not have our full menu so maybe that is what you are seeing.    the restaurant is beautiful and gad a lovely table in an atrium like setting in the back. beautiful metal bull in front. unfortunately the food is not nesrly as giod as it used to be several yeara ago. very underwhelming not very authentic. even the basic soanish tapas like croquetas. some very not spanish tapas like guacamole. a lot of fired foods. wine was tasty. cocktails were weird. would not retun sadly

   Service was less than stellar and we have been there many times. The menu was 1/3 the size it was in the past and that alone may prevent us from going again. We have a reservation for next week coincidentally. We will see.

   Went for Mother’s Day brunch based on the listing in Open Table. They do not serve brunch, it was an error. We did not stay and went elsewhere for a great brunch. We’ve been many times before and food is great, but not what we were looking for today.

   Service was poor. Had to remind them repeatedly to bring our drinks. They didn’t have a printed kids’s menu. The food was overall expensive but nothing special . I do not recommend.

   First time there are do not plan to return. Our server was generally absent during our stay, first taking more than five minutes to visit our table after sitting down and even longer to get our drinks. The food itself was generally forgetful. The seared scallops and the beef empanadas were indistinguishable from what you can but at the frozen foods section in Costco. The beet salad and ensalada verde were both acceptable. The paella was paella in name early. The rice was bland and lacked saffron while the seafood and chorizo were on the same level as our appetizers. Was hoping for something more but left disappointed.

    We brought a friend to Matadora for the first time, and she plans to introduce her family and friends to her "new favorite restaurant." Our all tapas meal, followed by a cheese plate was great! And a special shout out to Kiki, our server, for going above and beyond with her helpfulness. We'll return soon!
