One of the best Spanish restaurants around. Food is fantastic and the service is excellent. This is a restaurant that’s in a hotel not a hotel that has a restaurant. Some of the best mixed drinks in the area.

We ate at Matadora twice in three nights and both times the food was excellent. We ordered tapas, about nine different types. The shishito peppers were excellent, the beef brochette, the burrata, all very good. The restaurant is in the lobby of the Hilton in a wide open space, very friendly servers, good value, I would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience this evening at Matador. Not only were the dishes absolutely delicious, the hospitality was second to none. Our server Kenny was such a pleasure. Very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great suggestions to my husband who is a very picky eater. We are 100% coming back to Medora. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for us. 😊🇪🇸

My friend was very complimentary of the restaurant. I was hungry for a steak, so I got the 14oz Ribeye. It was an odd color as if it was a poor cut or old. The flavor was good, but cold. It was very thin, so reheating it overcooked it. It was not worth $58. But, the street corn was excellent. Drinks were way overpriced.

First time dining here last night, and it did not disappoint. The octopus was tender and perfectly plated, tried a bunch of dishes all very good. But the real star of the show was our server, Kenny. He made us feel comfortable and had us laughing within 10 seconds of touching our table! Great recommendations based on our wine preferences. We’d come back just to see him! 5 stars! Thanks Kenny!
