Everything was great from right when we walk in till the very end. Service was great, and amazing. Food was phenomenal. Desserts were satisfying.

We hadn’t been since it open and regret not having been since it opened. The food was so good as were the cocktails (including the zero proof option). Looking forward to returning again soon.

Our party of three had the paella, and the following tapas: Tuna tartar Seared Scallops Patatas Bravas Chicken lollipops Beef Empanadas Lamb chops Braised short rib Flaming chorizo Every plate was delicious. However, some of the portions were very small for the price. An example is the scallops. There were actually two halved to look like 4 (or they were very thin scallops!) for $18. Cocktails were the Red sangria, the Old Fashioned, Tizona; all were great.

The food was very good and they accommodated our needs. One person in our party has a gluten allergy and the waitress was pretty careful regarding cross contamination. We shared 8-10 small plates which was plenty for 4 of us. It was not very busy and was quiet which was nice. They have booths, tables, a nice bar and an eating area that overlooks the kitchen. There was also outside dining. I was surprised to find that the restaurant is in the Hilton hotel.
