Signature Warm Butter Cake
Tables too close together. Server was very nice, but food delivery was very slow. Food was good, but $50 corkage fee was a bit much.
Nice dinner great service
Mastro’s did not disappoint for my birthday celebration. The food and drinks were exceptional, as well as the service. For a special occasion when you want to splurge, Mastro’s is the place to do it! A memorable experience!
We were sat in a small room through the kitchen. After an hour we had the room to ourselves. It was very romantic and made us feel special and valued. The only problem is how can I outdo this for next year’s anniversary!?!
what a wonderful dinner and experience Gab runs a great ship and everything was fantastic
When we were first seated at a wobbly table, I started to worry. But quickly our fears were dashed when Raymond, our excellent server came to the rescue with a busser and they attended to it right away. The cocktails are always delicious (and huge) - don't miss the "Grounds for Divorce" if you like whiskey. Hamachi and shrimp cocktail appetizers were flavorful and fresh. The salads are fine enough, but save room for your protein and lots of sides. As usual, we over-ordered. I can't get enough of the creamed corn and Brussel sprouts. Two of us had fish - the sea bass was wonderful - and two of us had red meat in the form of a rib eye and lamb. All reported thumbs up. Expect a large tab at the end of the experience and simply be grateful there are skilled people ready to make and serve you a wonderful meal.
Terrific place! You will not find better steaks else
Our favorite spot for family events and special occasions. Our sever Ray is the best I always request him when I make a reservation.
Gm and manager no customer service at all very poor manners. I am never going back to mastros
Our waiter Michael was AWESOME!! And of course the food was outstanding!
Have been here over 50 plus times. The shrimp cocktail is the best you will find and the food is extremely good. A bit pricey but well worth it .
Extremely loud, jammed packed (elbow to elbow) but service was great
Very disappointed in the food. Fish was extremely dry, even the bread was dry! Drinks were inconsistent in flavor as well. Butter cake was even dry, how is that even possible?!!! The good thing was that our server Brian was great.
Paid $1100 for a less than mediocre meal.
Food was amazing as always. Our server, Michael, was the best we ever had. He went above and beyond to make our night perfect.
We enjoyed the famous Tomahawk Wagyu steak as in the past. The service was impeccable, as is to be expected. The place was extremely crowded and the music was very loud. Some people were not following dress code. Recommend maintaining the atmosphere to be as advertised.
Wait staff was a little slow at clearing and inattentive at best. Food was great!
Brooke was great!
An excellent evening with family. Trevor (staff who attended us) couldn’t be more suited to this environment. Positive throughout. A memory was created. Thank you, all.
Our server, Joanna, was exceptional. She knew exactly when to be attentive. She also made sure we were happy, all done in very timely manner. The menu offers a nice variety, and pricing is in line for all. The oysters, lobster bisque starters were both exceptional. Our side orders of fries and spinach were large portions, prepared very well. We do miss the skinny fries though. We did feel the quality of our wet-aged porterhouse was quite good, just not great. We purchase prime porterhouses at our butcher that are exceptional quality, so perhaps this is why we were not wow'd. Seems pre-covid the porterhouses at Mastro's were a bit better. The wine list is expensive, yet we were able to find a great bottle for a fair price. The bar makes a great cocktail always, thank you! As for the host stand, this staff is to be commended. They manage the tables and patrons perfectly, even offering masks for those that do not wear one upon entry. They seem to know how to treat everyone special.
It was okay
The food was good, the service was optimal.
I had a shell in my lobster Mac and Cheese
Great food and drinks. Vibe is awesome. Great for a date.
Spent an evening celebrating birthday and engagement with some delicious food. Always an enjoyable dinner out.
Simply the best, as always!
Food tasted good, but the portions and service were well below the pre-COVID standards. Wasn’t impressed at all. This used to be a great place to go, but at this point not worth the money.
Excellent food and service , but the price is becoming unaffordable
Great night out as always at Mastros! The staff was amazing and the singer was phenomenal!
We had a delicious meal and birthday celebration. Melissa and staff provided excellent service!
Great place, great food.
Our customers loved the place!
Food was great. Customer service was perfect.
The food and service were excellent. We came to celebrate our anniversary. The only complaint is that the tables were so close together, it was not intimate at all. We had a 2 top sandwiched between 2 other tables. The food and our friendly server made up for it though.
Best meal you can ever have.
If you have never been... Go!
Mastro's is always fantastic, we always leave very satisfied with our meal. The sea food tower is amazing.
The quality of the food and the service is very high, but the noise level was intrusive and limited our ability to have a conversation. The sound system needs to be turned way, way down. The idea that you need loud music to create that 'buzzy' feel needs to be give a decent burial.
Everything from the food to ambiance and especially the service, was superb.
Mastro's is Mastro's. High end, excellent food and great ambience. Only issue we had was the absurd requirement to put a mask on to enter the premise (essentially walk through lobby) and take it off at our table which is less than 10 feet from the lobby. I get that Mastro's has to comply with this ridiculous requirement, but is it really necessary for the receptionist to enforce it if someone is walking through the lobby to go to the restroom too?
Everything, food, service, ambience, was impeccable as usual. Our server Chris was beyond courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dry ice lemon drops, perfectly cooked appetizers, entrees, and sidea, and of course that legendary bread basket, all were delicious. Bonus was the pianist who played and sang so beautifully, making our evening even more outstanding.
