   As always, food, service and attention to detail was superb. I misplaced an earring and the entire crew Jesse, Ari and Christian went above and beyond in attempting to locate this personally valuable piece of jewelry...even went as far as going through the linens! This is a reminder of what separates Mastro's from the rest of the great restaurants in our area. Hands down, we will always choose Mastro's regardless of the occasion. From the moment you arrive, you know you are in for a treat! Thank you again for a wonderful dining experience! PS... I found the earring at home! Jesse was so kind in not making me feel like an idiot, which I humbly would have deserved!

   THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD. PRICES SEEM A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE, BUT THAT'S WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM A STEAKHOUSE, BUT STILL SEEM HIGH. THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT I'D MAKE IS A MINOR ONE. AFTER LEAVING AND CHECKING OUT THE TAB, I NOTICED THERE WAS A $5 CHARGE FOR BREAD. WHEN YOU ARE PAYING $70 FOR A STEAK, AND SEPARATELY FOR SIDE ORDERS AND EVERY SAUCE THAT YOU MAY WANT, IS IT REALLY APPROPRIATE TO CHARGE A FEE FOR BREAD??? COME ON! THERE ARE MANY GOOD STEAKHOUSES IN THE PHOENIX/SCOTTSDALE AREA. I PLAN TO CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE I RETURN TO MASTROS.

   One of the last great dark wood dude kinda steakhouse left in AZ. Leave to a big corporation to buy and screw it all up. This was our go to place for many years. Bad table, service and food. Wanted a different table , answer no even with many tables open. Waiter forgot our table, was on a date or would have walked out. Food came and was disappointing. Specifically, spinach salad was oily and wilted. Wedge was almost warm tasteless except blue cheeses. Fries were not cooked thoroughly, soggy. Tuna was fatty Bummed out Mastros was a go to in Scottsdale now food like a drive thru!

   This is my favorite restaurant in the United States. I have been to the fanciest of steak houses in New York, Florida, and many places in between. Mastros wins. Dine in the bar. The staff is top notch. I have spent the last 15 (at least) birthdays here. Never disappointed. Drinks are huge, portions are immense, and staff is five star. If you get to Scottsdale, Az. do not miss this gem.

   Best steak in Phoenix. Definitely get the bone marrow butter on the steak. Sides are delicious and have generous portions. Service was not up to par on my last visit. Table not ready despite reservation. After being seated, it took 15 minutes to get any sevice. Drinks also delayed after ordering.

   Lovely dinner. Elegant restaurant. We shared the Porterhouse with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed asparagus. Maybe the best steak I’ve been served in a restaurant. Just delicious. Outstanding service, lively atmosphere, will definitely go back.
