Food very tasty with great service. We will return.
great place to eat. excellent service and food preparation
Great Place, great food. Will definitely go back.
The ambience at this location should be described as casual place to get a steak not as a fine dining experience. Dining area was very dark, noisy with metal framed banquet chairs. Fine dining, really?
Waited 2 years to go back to Mastro's, the food was excellent but I waited 15 minutes to get served and I had the worst table in the entire dining room was right beside the serving station where all the waiters would hangout, meanwhile I made the reservation well I'm advance and mentioned that it was my anniversary
Excellent service and incredible food.
Pricey but always worth it for special occasions !
Great service, delicious food what more can I say?
(Try the butter cake)
As always the service is perfect. The food is excellent and cocktails are good the valet parking ideal The management takes care of business
Lisa was incredible in taking care of our group!
The restaurant was beautiful and service was great, but the food was very average. For the prices charged we expected a special dining experience. Have to say it was not as great as we were expecting.
3 of the 5 people who ate dinner were sick the next day
Consistently the best steak and seafood, service, and dining experience in Arizona.
Anniversary dinner. We were very lucky to have a table against the window but others not so lucky because there was a family with children dining and the kids were loud and running around the table, unbelievably annoying and the parents could care less. This restaurant dinners are most likely a celebration, it’s a very expensive meal and the last thing I want to have to deal with is the noise of others taking away from my beautiful meal.
Our waitress has only been there for a year and it certainly showed in the service. If we choose to return for another dinner, I would highly recommend veteran staff.
Lindsey is amazing! The icing on the cake was the joy of Bree and Ethan’s wonderful music
There are other steakhouses that are as good or better. Would recommend them over Mastro's.
We celebrated our sons 21st birthday at Mastro’s and it was fabulous! Thx for the great experience and beautiful night.
Always a wonderful meal
Always try and include a Maestros night on guys golf trip. Never a bad meal always the finest.
Always nice to go there. We went on a Sunday early at 6:00 and it wasn't very crowded but the service was very slow so slow we just took our desert to go. Our steamed veggie's were undercooked and that was a disappointment. Excellent crab legs but the crab cakes at $40. not so much.
My favorite place in Scottsdale! Highly recommend for any occasion .
We were in the lounge with live entertainment, so the noise level can be a bit loud, but plenty of dining room seating if you don’t want the noise.
Fantastic food, always, and great, attentive service.
Nice, upscale dining, with a cool, relaxed vibe.
Can’t go wrong dining here.
Wait staff started off great...restaurant got busy...not as much attention...also didn't orde wine so they weren't very interested in serving us any longer...Steak, worst I've had...why can't anyone cook a rare steak...
Best restaurant in town - bar none. Thank you to Mike and CC for the outstanding service.
Simply the best!

Awesome experience great food!
Great service and food. Live entertainment was unexpected but a plus.
Date night. Live music
Excellent atmosphere and service. The macaroni and cheese was bland, however the steaks, potatoes and creamed corn were perfect. Thank you for a lovely birthday dinner.
As always, impeccable service from start to finish. Food outstanding and highly recomment pumpkin butter cake as a seasonal option.
Bad service compared to most Mastros
Excellent atmosphere and service. Have been going there for 19 years and always an excellent experience .
This was suppose to be a very special evening for us as we were celebrating a birthday, anniversary, selling our house and buying a new house. Unfortunately the experience was not a good one. The shrimp cocktail and the oysters Rockefeller were delicious. When our entries were served, the lobster tails were lukewarm. I asked that they be heated. The bone-in ribeye steak was suppose to be medium well with pink in the middle. It was dark throughout and very dry. Each was returned for recooking. Our server went out of her way to rectify each situation and the manager came by and apologized. We don't blame the server but the kitchen needs improvement.
Great place ! Waiter was awesome.
Mastro’s Steakhouse near Pinnacle Peak was recommended by friends and we were not disappointed. When I made the reservation on Open Table I requested a table in a quiet area and this was fulfilled. Our server, Lisa, was very friendly and so very helpful with menu selections. The rest of the staff was very courteous and efficient. The manager also stopped by our table to make sure all was well. I had the bone-in filet and my husband had the bone-in ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection, so very tender, and arrived on sizzling hot plates. We shared the shoestring potatoes and the almond green beans. They have a wonderful wine list. We were thrilled to see the Austin Hope Cabernet on the menu. We ended our meal with the signature warm butter cake. It was delicious - so moist and finished with a creme brûlée topping, topped with ice cream and served with a generous side of freshly whipped cream. This restaurant is expensive, but so worth every penny. We will be back when we return to the area.
We enjoyed everything about this restaurant and we will be returning!!!
As always amazing staff and excellent food! The sweet corn may have been a little to buttery and less on the sweet side but still good!
1st of all this was my 39th birthday!... 1st of all this was my 39th birthday! I wanted to go somewhere with a great atmosphere good food and great service..... I got none of that!.... I have 2 different waiters because one waiter had to be helped out.... Then my salmon was undercooked damn near raw.... The lobster Mac and cheese was super runny with nothing but layers of liquid butter on top and it was lukewarm.... They forgot about my birthday my husband had to ask 3 times and remind them to which they finally brought out cake that was not good at all it was stiff on the sides and the berries were welted.... One of the waiters was very nice in extremely helpful but for $200 for only 2 people to eat this was not worth it at all..... I expected way better service than what I got and way better food.... It will be very difficult for me to go back even if I want to go back I'm extremely disappointed Mastros!!
Outstanding service from Angelo and the crew!
The food was the best I can remember in 15 years of coming here
A Great choice if you are in the mood for steak. The steak options with crab meat, the lobster mashed potatoes were all marvelous. The wine list is impressive and the créeme brûlée was amazing.
