    My wife and I had an incredible dinner last night at Mastro’s Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant yet inviting, perfect for a special night out. The service was impeccable, attentive without being overbearing, and every dish we ordered was exceptional. The steak was cooked to perfection, rich, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. The sides were decadent (the lobster mashed potatoes deserve a special mention!), and the cocktails were spot-on. We ended the meal with their signature butter cake, and it was absolutely worth the hype. Mastro’s truly knows how to make an evening feel elevated. We’ll definitely be back

    We always have a great time at Mastro's wherever we visit. Had dinner on the high tables in the bar. Cuisine was great as usual. There were a few service issues that the manager quickly resolved.

    Mastros, being a Landry's restaurant needs to clarify, who participates in the Landry's Rewards; and who doesn't. Had $200 in Rewards that equal $2000 in dining and gift cards purchased. Upon eating gave the server my President's VIP Card to pay. The manager came over and said we don't participate; can't use awards value. Fast summary..will not return to ANY Mastros. A new one is getting ready to open inside the Golden Nugget at Lake Tahoe I saw last nite. I'll pass.B. Porter

    We never had a consistent waiter. I mentioned it to the manager and she seemed to brush it off “because there was a party upstairs”. Worst service I’ve ever had coming to your location. Very disappointing considering we pay the same prices but get Less than adequate service because a “party is more important”. Hope you can staff appropriately In the future considering we still tipped appropriately. No clue who our actual server was.
