Had dinner at the bar, and as a woman dining alone, it was a great experience. David, the bartender took care of me and 3 other single women diners so well! Comfortable, attentive and of course fabulous steak, wine and butter cake!!

This was the 3rd time I have eaten at this location. First 2 times were great. 5* across the board. This was totally different experience. Don’t not get the French waiter. He has a shaved head and his arm in a sling. 3 of 5 of our steaks were overcooked and this guy instead of agreeing dug in and so no they are cooked right. Believe me I have probably had more steaks than this guy has served. It was a business dinner and we simply want 2 people on one bill and 3 on another. Again fought us on this so we said screw it. If this was my first time experience I would not return. RUDE waiter that could care less about the customer!!

Maestros is amazing!!! EVERYTIME we go it is a treat of a dining experience. From the customer service to the presentation of the food to the wait staff. We always bring our out of town guests here as well.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday celebration. Our waiter was Pedro and he was absolutely spectacular.! We ordered the tomahawk chop Wagyu beef with cream, spinach, and mashed potatoes. The food was just absolutely amazing and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Mastros to all!

Always great food experience here. I had a couple of first timers with and the couldn't' stop raving about the food and service. Nobody does my double cut pork chop better than Mastro's. My only regret was we didn't have enough time for dessert. Next time the warm butter poundcake will be one of my starters. Pre-dinner is what I will call it.

This place blew us away. Literally one of the best meals I have ever had. Our server remembered our name and our anniversary and gave us complimentary cheesecake with homemade whipped cream. Absolutely incredible and worth every penny!!!

Can you have growing pains three years after opening?? The answer is a resounding “yes!”… If you like your food ice cold and waaaaay overpriced ($125 for a rubber lobster tail #wtf), then this is the place for you. Do you like bad karaoke broadcast throughout the entire restaurant?! Then this is the place for you. Do you appreciate it when a manager doesn’t stop by to ask how your meal is going? Then this is the place for you! I cannot express how disappointed I am about the experience we just had… and it’s partly our fault, because we never spoke up from the jump. But we were hungry after waiting so long for our dinner, that we just ate it… hoping, somehow, that the food would defy science and get warmer (vs. colder). Eventually we gave up and had our server re-heat the $15 sides (again #wtf). Call me crazy, but when a restaurant is concerned about their dress-code, then I expect warm plates… at the very least. They say “the devil is in the details”. Well, don’t worry… this place is Beelzebub free!!

My dinner was ok. I wasn’t super impressed. Disappointed I didn’t get my birthday menu! Was told I needed to request it. Never had to request a special Occasion menu before at other Mastro’s so how would I know that! Service was slow but the staff was friendly. Our waiter offered no recommendations told us nothing about the menu or food or drinks. Originally seated at a table in the middle of the room when we saw window seats and seats along the wall.And it was extremely cold and a majority of the people were dressed very very casual! Room so dark everyone was using phone lights to see the menu! The complimentary dessert was nice. Steak was undercooked. Will probably not return to this Mastro’s.

Host/ maitre de’ Brian was a jerk. Reprimanded my dad for wearing Lulu lemon pants right after he let a group of kids wearing way more inappropriate clothing and face tattoos in without so much as a word. I could understand if these were classic sweatpants as there is a dress code but they are just cloth pants. He also absolutely could have not said anything as he seated us anyway. There was no real reason for him to say anything at all and it’s terrible customer service. He was quite frankly, a dick. Lighten up buddy.

The restaurant is beautiful and well located. Food was creative, but service was slow. Champagne glasses were not chilled. A few times we had to pour the champagne and water by ourselves. The Bigeye tuna had no taste so that I asked for some soy sauce. The waitress brought us a whole sauce cup of soy sauce. I had to tell her that I just wanted a little so that I can dip the tuna like a regular sushi with the Wasabi in my plate. It was not that busy when we were there. Half of the restaurant was empty. The service should have been fast and precise with all those Market Prices items. The rack of lamb was the best. Lobster tail was a little over cooked so it was tough.
